Fiddler Inn,for the price... excellent..shuttle to downtown Nashville...plenty of restaurants nearby and nightlife with live music...room was very clean and people were very nice

Toilet flapper was broken, cracks in walls, worn down in every way and unfriendly staff for icing on the cake.

Rooms were filthy and stunk floor was black everyones feet were black from walking on it needs major renovation will not stay there again keys to the rooms didn’t work half of the time very disappointing to say the least!!!

Overall the price was amazing but the facility was dated and dirty. Our second day all 3 rooms we were locked out. The person at the counter only checked us in for one night verses the 4 we booked. One of our rooms was missing the trash can and air dryer.

I reached the hotel but could not find hotel reception. I called the hotel number but no one picked up and it went to their voicemail. I tried contacting them with the hotels.com message system, did not get any help from there. I gave up. I had to stay in a different hotel. I will be very happy if I get refund.

This is less than a basic hotel. No phone service to the front desk. Bed was missing a blanket. Smoke detector chirped all night. Paint spills on the floors, some areas painted only half way down the corners. Breakfast food was gone by 8am and they would not bring more out! This place is a dump!!!

Checkin was easy, and the front desk let us checkin early. Our room was okay, with a few issues. None that really affected our stay. Things broken and trim missing. Like I said, it was the cheaper hotel we could find and next to opry was a great location.

Just needed a quick place to stop while traveling, I’d never want to stay here again. My husband thought it was ok, but I didn’t really feel safe. Loud music until about 3 am, someone knocked on our door late at night. Not very clean but like my husband says we get what we pay for. Price was good, but hotel over all was not clean enough to stay again.

Homeless hanging out right in front of my room
Got locked out the manger tried for over an hour to open the door and finally some construction worker used an electric saw to cut the lock off!

It is an older motel but it was clean and quiet. The employees were nice and very helpful. I would stay there again

Bad condition. No handicap safety measures. Phone didn’t work, lights weren’t plugged in, toilet tissue holder fell off the wall etc.

They assigned us a room that smelled horrible and like stagnant smoke. They finally gave us another room after reaching out several times and the smell was better, but the wallpaper was peeling, and it was not nice at all. We will not be returning.

Very old and dated. Not disgusting but nowhere near nice. LOVE THE $10 Shuttle downtown. Can easily walk to the convention center and the scoreboard restaurant is right behind it and we enjoy that.

Aweosme stay and the very nice desk manager who checked me in righy before he was leaving for the end of hjs shift at 11pm was so incredibly kind and acommadating ill be saving this place as my favorite from now on

My favorite place to stay in Nashville! A reasonably priced, few frills and clean motel in Music Valley. Live music venues and restaurants a short walk from hotel room. Across from Opryland Convention Center and a few miles from downtown N'ville, hotel offers free hourly shuttle buses to the downtown area. There are fancier, more expensive motels with more amenities in the area but Fiddler's Inn suits my needs perfectly!

had to change rooms three times. door security was not operational, commode seat was not secure, during showering there was a whining from the hot water system, the temperature of the room was very difficult to adjust and control and tv had to be set by the staff to view to shows and these things were in the final room that we were given. The continental breakfast had dirty toaster, shared milk container and dry hard bagels. The management/owner of this site does not appear concerned about the structure/room. The staff was friendly.

The check in clerk was very friendly and courteous. He also helped informed us of the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Our room was dirty. I have photos. Upon arrival the shower was covered in hairs that aren’t ours with a razor from whoever was there prior, there was a dead roach on the dust boards, only 3 small pillows on a King size bed. The heater was turned all the way up to 85 and it was cold both nights on top of the shower that takes 5 minutes to even half way warm up with the hot dial all the way turned.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The place is not modern and maintenance was not kept up. Sink was not even attached to the counter top. Poor windows with zero spund barrier. A lot of street noise.

Walls needed patching the hot col was reverse at faucet and the heat didn't work.

The stay was average. Service was very good and helpful. Cleanliness in our original room was unacceptable though we moved to another room and it was fine.

Hotel is in a great location, bathroom was in desperate need of a good cleaning. One bed frame was broken and the only way to get more towels is to track down housekeeping. Also some of the outlets/lamps didn't work and the secondary lock had clearly been ripped from the door. The hot water and water pressure was amazing and the room served its purpose but if you are opposed to having to wipe down your bathroom before you can use it then you definitely won't be happy here.
