Love the clean rooms, pool and jacuzzy are are perfect,and location is near everything!

We really enjoyed the large hot tub! The rooms had nice kitchenettes, too. Great location for Springfield attractions.

Once checked in, we went to our room which had a strong odor of curry. When asking to move rooms, we were told no other room was available. We were refunded and went a half mile to a new Marriott! Best decision of the day!

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough. Only complaint about the beds is the mattress cover and bottom sheet kept slipping off. The heating/cooling unit is extremely noisy. Bathrooms were clean and ample amount of amenities were available. hallway carpeting needs replacing and the walls. On our floor, there what appeared to be a homeless person, or someone who didn’t belong there, sitting on the floor and randomly walking around

Excellent indoor giant hot tub and pool, plenty of room to spread out! Loved the giant refrigerators and location, too!

Unfortunately… 4 day, 3 night trip turned into being only able to shower on our last day. Property had issues with their hot water and the staff failed to communicate that to their guests.

Staff was very nice

The bed was supposed to be a queen it felt and looked like a full, the jacuzzi was not working i called and nobody came to help.

The property was chosen for price, location, pool & kitchenette. Although the accommodations were a wee bit tired and not brand spanking new, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly wonderfully equipped for making and eating meals. Unfortunately, I forgot my swimsuit but my husband enjoyed two morning swims. Hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, movie theater and a few short minutes to the Eastern States Exposition Center. It was a great choice for ease of coming & going from a several day horse show.

Registration awesome. Dog deposit is terribly expensive, even though we should get it refunded. Room and condition of hotel is old and needs a refresh everywhere. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean.

We stayed 3 nights and found it very comfortable.only improvement could be shower/tub. It was slippery and the water could have been a bit hotter. Otherwise it was perfect and we would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

bathroom doorknob broken, bedside lights didn't work, bedding frayed. could be better for price.

We were initially concerned about the area, but everything went well, and our car is still parked there. The hotel is fantastic! My favorite part is comfortable bed and a full kitchen!

The hotel is tired looking. Rugs extremely worn and dirty in hallways. We had only 1 burner that worked on stove. When turned on ice maker in refrig ended up with water filling base of refrigerator. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud when running. Window Screen was falling out. My son was able to fix that so was able to open window. Spoke to staff and nothing was done to address issues.

The housekeeper was great :) and all stuff to :) can’t wait to go there again.

Huge improvement from last time I stayed (4 years ago). Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was in good condition. Love the black out curtains. One “neighbor” lost her room key so pounded on her room door at 230 am for her friend to open it. Not the hotel’s fault she was intoxicated and forgetful (insert other description here). My son loved the pool. Hotel conveniently located.

Overall decent place to stay. Would come back whwn in the area.

Check in was a breeze and the desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we were checking in very late (after midnight). All in all the hotel is good- maybe just a little worn, but very clean. our bed was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was there was an extra lounge chair parked right beside the bed up against the wall so that it made getting into the bed difficult. I couldn't understand why the chair was there at all and it was way too big to move out of the way. seems like the room would be better without it?

I spent a week while my son was at UMass Amherst for a weeklong workshop. Let me start off by saying this was not a vacation for me, it was an unplanned last minute thing and I needed a place to stay that was within my budget. That being said…it was a decent enough place to stay. The people that worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My stay started off great and then it sounded like someone was moving furniture above me all night long for a few nights. This hotel appears to have short (or long) term residents living there. I liked that the room had a full kitchen with a regular sized fridge. The hotel did not serve breakfast but did have a little store with free coffee. The store had what you needed in a pinch (I splurged on some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream) but grocery stores aren’t far and with a kitchen in the room I brought my own food in. The pool is in the basement of the building next to the inner workings of the hotel. It looked decent but I would’ve only used it if it was outside. I was excited that there was a gym until I saw that it was shared with the guest laundry room and it was extremely hot & stuffy in there because of the dryers running. There was a nice covered area outside that had grills and I noticed it was used a lot by the guests. There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding are (except a mall) but the ocean is only an hour away in New Haven, CT. I did head to the Dr. Seuss museum and enjoyed seeing 5 different museums for one price.
