Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean, and big! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, super staff. Rooms are large with kitchens. Comfortable bed with 55 inch tv. Close to restaurants and King St. Metro station. Breakfast was outstanding and staff was very accomadating.

Underwhelming breakfast and all single use plates, bowls and cutlery. Not in the slightest bit envirnmentally friendly.

Bed was listed as Queen but felt smaller, also was collapsing toward the middle which was weird because I was on one side and my partner on the other, neither of us were in the middle. The pillows were really bad, felt lumpy and were all too flat. Worst of all there was no comforter! Just a regular sheet on the bed. I couldn’t believe that. I didn’t sleep well.
Breakfast was fine and the shuttle service was great, location was good too.

Loved being in Old Town. No parking for full size trucks and front desk could not help with an option for parking. I was literally told you just have to see what's open on the streets! For $200 per night they should have parking or at least answers on where a brand new 2500 diesel can park. If I would have fit the hotel garage was $40 per day! Ridiculous!! It was 6 degrees outside and the heat in the room would not go above 66 degrees. It was freezing in our room. The front desk did nothing to remedy the lack of heat issue! The hotel should tell people they can not accommodate trucks or heat! What a horrible stay.

Honestly, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable, affordable stay. The kitchen amenities were perfect for our weekend, the cleaning staff was friendly and prompt with requests, and the front desk was welcoming and considerate. The gym is great for short stays (I was able to stretch and lift with no issues); the laundry room was sooo great, using an app and not having to worry about coins or cash; and the breakfast was outstanding: lots of choice with delicious items.
We will definitely stay here again.

We always stay here when we are in DC ,(several times a year.) Easy parking, 5 minute walk to Metro and Old Town Shuttle. Great staff.

My spouse usually always stay at residence inn in Alexandria VA. Everything was nice, it’s always clean, the staff is nice. They are definitely much better than the one in Orlando Florida. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking.

Very good staff they delivered extra towels when we ask on dirty short notice. Front staff is extremely considerate and friendly. Dairy queen room and delicious breakfast. Parking is forty dollars per night but it is a good garage

This hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I only wish the bed was king size. But it’s not a huge problem. The only other issue is that the bathroom sink is located right by the bed and it’s difficult to get ready while your partner is trying to sleep. Overall a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel overall was nice had to wait 20 minutes to get our room and when we got to the room they were still cleaning it and inside so that kinda wasn't cool but it was a nice hotel and location staff was cool

The room was clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated a comfortable bed and good lighting next to it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also went out of their way to accommodate me. One example occurred at breakfast. I needed a tray but I didn't see any. I asked a staff member for one and said with a smile, "of course." She got immediately.
This was my first stay at a Residence Inn, and I'm now a big fan.

It’s conveniently located in old town area, which makes it very walkable to historic places and tourist spots. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking is safe. It’s $40 per night. Breakfast quality is average. Their staffs made the experience better than most similar hotels. Room is clean. The only issue is AC. Different areas have different temperatures that you can feel as you walk in the hallway. Some areas are warmer and some are much cooler.

The hotel offered a shuttle to Old Town which was very convenient. The front desk was very accommodating after leaving a toiletry behind at home. Nice body wash and shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower. Wonderful breakfast/ attentive staff kept items stocked and area very clean. Easy/quick Uber ride to and from Reagan/DCA. Highly recommend this property.

Great location near metro station and in the heart of Old town Alexandria.
The hotel can use an upgrade but overall is in good condition.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants also have a shuttle that takes you around and picks you up as late as 11 pm I believe.
Near Whole Foods and cvs.
