People were friendly. Hotel was nothing special. I did ask t he front desk for extra towels and never received them. Had to go down the next morning to ask again. If I was asked, I would probably select another hotel to stay at.

Our check-in was a great experience. The hotel manager was great and very accommodating, as were the staff. The bed was comfortable. The negatives about the place is that it is dated. The carpeting needs replaced in the main walking areas... it felt dirty and I felt i needed to wear shoes. When i went to shower, there was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers.

Larken was great (very friendly and attentive). The stay was good overall. 2 things that kept me from rating higher:
1. MSNBC was blaring on the TV during morning breakfast hours spewing left wing propaganda. I hated that, and I would venture a guess that at least half of your customers feel the same about that biased nonsense being played morning after morning with the volume high.
2. The last night we were there, housekeeping didn't come by until around 5:30.

Trip was good, love their cookies; front desk ladies were very pleasant! Even the Maintenace guys in the hallway were nice.

This property is very mid. Nice pool, but sun is completely blocked by high rise building next door, surrounding area is very Sketchy, no restaurant nearby except for steak and shake. Too crowded during morning breakfast. Don’t be mislead that this property is a 9 out of 10, it is truly a 5 or 6.

Common areas very clean and breakfast well stocked. Loved the coffee bar! All employees very nice and helpful. Wish there was a restaurant in house or close enough to walk to.
I think our room could use a little TLC. Clean but a little tired. Great stay and we will be back in a couple months.

Had no problem checking in and with my stay. The breakfast as always was basic and good. I appreciated not having to pay for parking which most hotels on that area will do. Staff was nice. Would stay there again

Property could use updating. Chair and couch had no padding, wallpaper peeling off, etc. The staff are excellent and the facilities are very clean but could use updates

We got here at 11am and were able to check in and go to our rooms. Staff is very friendly. Walkable to Gulfstream and a strip mall with a Target. There is also a Steak n Shake basically in the parking lot. TV's are on in the breakfast area and coffee is available 24/7 which is great for me since I rarely sleep past 4am. The pool area is fine, but unfortunately no sunshine, so we haven't used it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast included. Easy walk to Gulfstream and Aventura malls. Some homeless people sleeping on bus stop benches once it is dark.

Not for asthmatic people the hotel is filled with a lot of dust. It was very hard for me to breathe over there in my asthma is not so bad never will be back

The 2nd night of our stay, my daughter woke up with bites and sourness over her body, potentially from bedbugs. We are waiting for the full report from the bugs specialist after completing an inspection of the room.

I have a disability and no one accommodated for me. I wanted a bottle of water and was unable to come down and get it. No one cared enough to bring me a bottle and I had to go without my pain meds. Liars and a terrible company!

Hotel was decent but Breakfast was awful. We were informed deposit was needed for incidentals but were charged for it. WHY? Now we have to chase for refund. Staff do not volunteer to give information when visiting the property. Only if you ask than information is shared.

The check-in was extremelly slow, a single person at front desk handing a long line. While she was personable, without a notice, we were given a room sharing wall with 2 elevator shaft. The room type we prepaid for would be on the opposite side of the hallway. This room had water dripping from the ceiling at the window. At checkout, the front desk person was fakely apologetic for the 3 incoveniences mentioned citing the hotel overbooking.

Nice property in a great area. Close to the mall. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff were very friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will be looking forward to staying here again.
