I didn’t expect much of this hotel but I am impressed how comfortable this place is. Quite area yet close to everything. Breakfast is good. I’ll stay again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Elizabeth at the bar/restaurant was absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and quick to take care of her customers. The worst part of my stay was how uncomfortable the bar/restaurant area was since it was so cold. Another guest even commented that they were going to order a steak but decided not to since it would get cold almost immediately. Elizabeth even grabbed a portable heater and set it up near the bar to try and keep the guests from freezing. The hotel room was comfortable except for the fact the bathtub had rust in the bottom of it. I can't say that I was impressed after my stay.

The stay was nice but logging into the wifi was confusing and I was very frustrated and gave up trying to get my iphone on their wifi. Other than that it was as enjoyable a stay as any other.

Everything Was World Class,,,,, With The Exception of The COLD Morning Breakfast. Eggs, Potatoes, Cold Bacon with Lard, and Cold Sausage Unfortunately We’re Paid For, By Third Party Reservations, and NOT Refundable. Hilton is First Class, and Hopefully This is Just a One Time Experience. Once Again,,,,, The Check-In Service By Sidney and His Hotel Staff Was Amazing and The Cleanliness Remarkable !!!

I didn’t like the loud argument that two of the guests had early one morning. The elevators and the floors were dirty tattered and dated. Time to clean and replace

The hotel and lobby look nice from the outside, however they never answer the phone. Front desk is nice and help once you are there in person. There is a bit of a homeless issue around this location so they lock the doors in the evening where you need a key to get in.
The room looked nice, seems clean BUT the walls are paper thin. We could hear and understand every word the room next to use was saying, so we didnt get much sleep.
The bathroom was clean with low lighting, my only complaint was the shower heads. They were corroded and the spray was either a mist on one side and a pouring fauct on the other from the head. I wouldn't stay more than a night at this hotel if I needed to stay in the area again.

Went to check in and what they advertised was false.
No shuttle and no $5.00 a day parking.
Bad area and no security around.
Had to find another hotel which we did.
The Hilton by Oakland Airport is amazing.
Staff was great and gated parking with security.

Room was good. Coffee maker was missing but didn’t need it. Chose the hotel because of the indoor pool but the water was too cold for use. Had the same issue last time we stayed there so we probably won’t stay again.

The Check-in staff, Front desk staff, Housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff were friendly, kind and helpful ensuring that my husband and I have a comfortable stay for five nights. The room was clean, the towels were great, and the water pressure was excellent. However, their air conditioning system somehow turned into heating mode in the middle of the night that made it uncomfortable for us to sleep.

Not happy with Hilton's wifi connection process. They ask too many personal questions to use their wifi, and after answering all of the questions, it would not connect. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Booked a room of two queens, on a floor with no animals. Received a king room on the second floor with animals. Took 45 minutes to make the change moved to the fourth floor and put $100 worth of food in the refrigerator from BJ’s that spoiled because the refrigerator was broken. Definitely not a place I would stay in again! Very disappointed!!!

Sink drain was clogged and the area was super noisy because of all the freeways. Luckily I had my noise cancelling headphones so that helped a lot.

Older property, needs updates. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was a nasty smell stench in the hallway on the 2nd Floor. Indoor Pool area was old an dirty. We were on vacation, excited yo use the Pool….I was almost afraid to let my granddaughter in the water. For the price of the rooms, there should be a complimentary buffet breakfast like Holiday Inn Express. $18.50 for Breakfast is bad. Lobby was was okay. Will not stay here again.

we booked this hotel, because it name HILTON has has always had a great reputation. All except this one. it was a total disappointment. we looked forward to the pool and hot tub, and once we got down the smell was terrible. It was dirty, black suds with a foul smell. dirt stuck to the sides, band aids on the floor. the pool wasn't any better. The pool had hair like wads of it, broken nails at the bottom you could see clearly,, No towels. I went to call the front desk and the Phone did not work. we had booked 2 rooms and both rooms had issues. One wouldn't flush so we had to keep a plunger in the room. there was mold under the sink, plus the shower wouldn't drain either. my phone also fell under the bed and when I picked it up it was so Filthy under neath. I tried calling the front desk several times for towels, no answer. I called them for a late checkout and after 4 calls with no answer the clerk answered and had a really bad attitude. Then i called to complain and was mocked by a different clerk. So I then got the mangers Info and to this day haven't gotten a returned call. This was a horrible hotel stay and I will not be returning to this location and possibly others in this area..

Housekeeping was not provided, the pool was extremely chlorinated causing headaches. Appliances and outlets did not function and were not properly cleaned. Afternoon staff was very rude and difficult to speak to when we attempted to ask about housekeeping he said I forgot to mention you have to ask for it and ask for discounts the following morning because he was working alone and he wasn’t going to be doing that. Maybe he was overworked but definitely not good for business. We had food spoil because of the faulty appliances.
