Everything about the property was good, except the lighting in the bathroom. Modern but very dim.

It was cheap, clean, and just an easygoing experience. No complaints here!

Economic and clean place

This is not a family hotel

It was very nice and quiet I got the rest I needed

Small quiet, and close to a lot of dining and shopping. Room was clean and staff friendly

Its always a good place to stay for the price. No complaints on my end. Breakfast is always on time. A couple of fast food restaurants are walking distance.

This was a decent place with a few good workers. I have a service dog and she helps my husband with his heart medication . I have her papers and number on phone. We been staying here for a while. Couple days at a time. One day the owners called me up front asking about my dogs ID NUMBER. First they asked for my paper work when i got the room. I couldn't believe it. But i knew i wasnt lieing so i gave to them. But i told the worker you do know you are not supposed to ask anything but two questions. Is it a service animal? And What type of service does he/she provide? Thats it. Told me next time if i come i have to pay the 25 a night pet fee cause they actually looked up her number and couldn't find anything. I was like you do know this is all illegal? Nope they dont care. So im looking into this with an attroney now. Its a shame cause i liked that its convenient and half way clean. The girls there are very nice and wonderful.

Check in was swift and smooth. Their location is near just about everything in Southaven. There was nothing that was a disappointment.

We went to meet family. It was conveniently located and easy to go places from this location. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

First thing they over booked so had no room for me. Pass me off to a lessor property next door that a bad smell as you walk in.I tried to get cancelled but that was an ordeal. So I thought the room might be okay. Not...I had to drive to Wal Mart to get essence and a lighter.

No amenities

Pretty decent stay! The hotel/room is a little outdated but it’s clean and comfortable. There are tons of food options in the area and it’s super convenient to everything. We spent the majority of our time in Memphis but would definitely stay here again when we take another trip.

It was close and convenient to the event we were going to but there is very limited parking and we had to park in another parking lot

We had an unexpected stay late in the evening and stayed here out of desperation. I would never stay here again. Not clean, it was run down. Needed renovated desperately.

Air-conditioning too noisy. Non smoking but smelled as if it had by a smoking room.

Staff was great. Room was nice and clean. Price was affordable. I enjoyed my stay.

Pillows were horrible!!! No blankets on bed just sheet and thin bed spread!! When I checked out man on phone took my room key and left, never said a word to me. Will not recommend or stay at again, very unprofessional!!!!!!
