Only thing I'd change is some sound proofing between doors of adjoining rooms. Room was great, enjoyed Easton location, excellent service.

This property was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, close to shopping & dining, easy parking, and incredibly friendly/helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

No breakfast!

We are very pleased with the hotel. The staff was just wonderful! My bed was not very comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. I loved the convenience of the location at Easton for shopping and dining. I would stay again.

I stayed two nights for a conference at another hotel (I chose to stay here instead) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I constantly saw housekeeping working in the common areas. My internet TV wasn't working but they fixed it quickly the next day while I was away at the conference. Shopping was right outside the door and parking was right out front. They also have a lovely little patio. A security car was seen circling the parking lot often. I highly recommend Courtyard Marriott

I was very relaxing stay very clean and quiet we love it

Bad customer service. Didn’t clean room and were very rude. Made me feel that they didn’t care about my comfort or satisfaction. They push reviews when you get there. I don’t give bad reviews but they earned it unfortunately.

The staff was very helpful. They are all super hospitable and kind. The bed and pillows were comfy. Fitness center has the basics and there’s also a fully equipped gym just around the corner. Super walkable area.

My review is very low because we showed up and they had no hotel rooms available. Basically they oversold they could’ve communicated with us in advance so that we would not show up thinking we had a hotel room. I will say that they arrange for us to stay 20 minutes away at no cost so at least they tried to rectify the matter. I just don’t understand how they oversold. It was our anniversary, but it was not relaxing at all.

Our room was clean and tidy! The employees were very knowledgeable/helpful about the area! Easy access to the shopping area around us! The hotel is beginning to show some signs of wear and tear!

I would stay here again. Was in town for a funeral. We had no clue we were near a lovely shopping and dining area when booking. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Most things about this hotel are nice. It was clean & our room was cute & comfy. My issue w/ was the way other guests being extremely loud well into the night was handled. Our room was on the 3rd floor directly above the fire pit. The 1st night, there was a large group down there around 11pm being very loud. We could hear them clearly in our room. When it got to be around 1:15am & we (kids 7 & 9 y/o) were still awake, I called the front desk (something I have never done). The guy I spoke to told me he’d ask them to quiet down. Nothing changed. Around 1:30 I called back & the same guy told me “At this point, there’s nothing I can do.” I was disappointed w/ that as not being able to sleep would make it hard to enjoy our plans in the morning. He offered me compensation, which I declined (I didn’t even ask what it was) b/c it wasn’t going to fix the situation or help us sleep. He finally said he’d go ask them to quiet down again. I stood at my window for 5+ min & no one ever showed up to ask them to be quiet. Makes me skeptical he even went the first time. The people continued to be very loud until after 2 am while my kids & I laid in bed trying to sleep. We finally fell asleep around 3 am which caused us to sleep until after 11 am which majorly cut into our plans & put a HUGE damper on the weekend. I can’t believe that kind of disruptiveness was permitted. We visit Easton for the weekend a few times a year & w/ so many other hotels there, I will never stay at Courtyard again.

Friendly, clean, great location

Paid $1,000 for two nights during graduation. Property is filthy, rooms are filthy, staff is unfriendly at best, plain rude is more like it. I would rather have stayed in a tent.

The property was nice however our rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. No fresh towels were provided and the beds weren’t made between our arrival and departure

Location

The room was perfect with one exception. There was no exhaust fan in the shower area. One was needed. Otherwise, could not have asked for anything better.

Pool was extremely small and over chlorinated Refigerator in room was not working, even after a repairman came
