Good property in the middle of Kuta

Absolutely loved my stay at Ramayana. Highly recommend it so of course, I would choose to stay there again. If you can tolerate the heat, most places are walking distance so it’s a very convenient location. Loved how the 2-bedroom offered a washing machine. It was a super comfortable stay.

Central location with all the amenities. We had a great break.

Our stay at Ramayana was wonderful! The staff has been delightful - so helpful and kind. I called the front desk for towels, and I think it was only about a minute before the staff came to my door with the towels. Any time we passed one of the staff, we were greeted with a smile. Our room was also very nice. I would choose to stay at Ramayana again if we we ever come back to Bali. We were also very close to the beach, only about a five minute walk.

Had an awesome stay at Ramayana. I think bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and needed a little dusting but other than that can’t complain. Pool was gorgeous & service around the pool great. Staff were amazing and friendly - such a shame they were not treated in the same manner by some of the Indian Tourists (I’m Anglo Indian btw) who were staying who seem to think it’s okay to demand, swear, no please or thank you & push & shove around the dining area. We are visiting Bali - treat the Balinese & their country with respect. ❤️

Grounds are lovely and lush however we upgraded to an Lumbung room and whilst the room was beautiful it was directly above the shallow part of the pool and as such we had kids screaming continuously from 8am onwards and found that we preferred not to spend our time in the room or around the pool due to the noise.There was also a conference at the time of our stay and each night their dinner and entertainment was held around the pool so again no relief. A constant issue with mosquitoes in the room. We didn’t leave our doors open but every night we were overwhelmed with mosquitoes attaching whilst trying to sleep.Breakfast was ok but not amazing.

Okay I seriously can’t say even one bad thing about this resort! We stayed 3 nights in the Lumbung and it was amazing. Every detail of the resort is lush and peaceful. Amazing pools, the best massage I’ve ever had for only $25!!! The breakfast was so much larger than I expected with tons of food, drink and juice options. The area is close to the beach and very walkable. There’s a 24Hr store right next door and restaurants line the road in every direction. The staff were so willing to help! Above and beyond almost doesn’t sound like enough credit to them. I’ll be back!!!

The property had a great location. We could walk to everywhere we needed to in town. The property and room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was yummy at the restaurant and staff so lovely.

We came to stay at Ramayana after having a couple of nights at a luxury resort in Ubud, and the Sita Room was not at all a step down in luxury from where we'd just come. We very much enjoyed our stay in our lovely room, plus the large balcony with day bed added that extra bit! Our only complaint is that we weren't automatically asked when we checked in whether or not we'd be wanting to book things to the room and so a deposit was not taken at the time of checking in. This became a problem when we started trying to book drinks/food/etc to the room and were unable to. A trip to reception with credit card (or cash if you'd prefer) was all it took to rectify, but still feel this is something that should've been discussed at check in.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, friendly staff, and the best breakfast buffet.

There was water from the ceiling that constantly dropped on my head when I used the mirror in the bathroom. But in all services was good.

The resort room was very comfortable and spacious, had a great resort vibe. The spa was such a nice experience too, very relaxing and the staff was friendly but professional.

I appreciated that the hotel accepted the early checked in like 1pm. I love the garden & beautiful swimming pool. Only one negative things is our room was in old tower, located side by the elevator, and in front of market with a lot of noise (loud music) from the street until 11pm. The pictures from hotels.com shows new family rooms in new building. But our room was in the old tower. The picture of family room was different from the hotels.com.

Unfortunately, on the last day at checkout we got charged twice on our first day near the pool/bar and they spent an hour looking at security footage which it showed us paying but they said because our backs were to the camera that we needed to pay the whole bill. The staff we rude and condescending as soon as we checked out so beware! The rooms were okay, the bathroom leaked quite a bit but the pool was nice and the surrounding areas of the hotel were great. However, make sure you pay cash as soon as you buy anything at the hotel! We luckily did it for the rest of the time we were there.

The staff were excellent and the hotel is in a good location and easy to go around to places.

Beautiful hotel! All the staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities (pool, gym) were great and the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Location is also perfect.

Great place to stay, the only thing is the breakfast could be better, no bacon, no decent jams or vedgemite for toast, most food is cold. They get alot of chinese tourist in groups, so breakfast can be busy, hard to get coffee or tea due to lack of staff. Overall I would recomend

We stayed in the family room which was a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff were so friendly and the pool/bar area is a really enjoyable spot to lap up the sun. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bali

Beautiful friendly staff and excellent food.

I was quite pleased with the stay, though the rooms were a little on the smaller side, and my room had two technical defects, namely a leaking tap, and an AC unit which blew chunks of ice into the room. However, these issues were competently resolved to the best of their ability as soon as I informed the exceedingly friendly reception staff. One of the facilities provided for which I was most grateful was the 24-hour self-service laundromat, considering that my clothing didn't justify the use of a full laundry service. I will note here however, that one significant draw is the location itself. The hotel is conveniently located in Kuta and you will find that many places can be reached easily by walking. The associated restaurant provides a good breakfast, with a reasonable selection for westerners like me, though its main focus is local cuisine. The pool is nice, and the opening times are reasonable. In general the facilities available are attractive and fairly well maintained. I would also like to remark that luggage storage is available at this hotel, both prior to check-in, as well as after check-out. Additionally there is a convenience store located almost on the property itself, which offers 24 hour access to refreshments and snacks, which can be consumed on the property itself. I cannot comment on spa services, as I did not find myself using them. Overall I was very happy with my stay, and would likely stay there again if I were to find myself in Kuta again.

Hotel plays music in the corridor throughout the night, which could be heard louder in the room. Staff said they would turn it off but didn’t so we didn’t sleep much at all. We were given some drinking water in one room but not the other two. The beddings were very itchy to sleep in.

WiFi wasnt great but ok , Staff were great and customer service guy Tom made himself known if we needed anything . He organised 2pm checkout which was great with a 6pm flight.

did not like our room being made up while we were down stairs having breakfast at 8 am . Staff could have waited until we returned so we could have closed our cases,put away our dirty underclothes,put our money and personal papers away, and cleaned up the bathroom of our medical needs without them doing it for us.Very rude and an invasion of our privacy .not impressed.
