When we went into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. Smoke constantly came into our bathroom from another room. The cold water on the faucet doesn't work, only hot water comes out of it. I called the clerk after we checked in, but no maintenance ever came to fix it. This should be advertised as a smoking room because it's constantly being filled with other guests cigarette smoke.

No WiFi No shampoo No hair dryer No fridge No microwave for the price of three digit dollars was a bit disappointing. The room was clean and the parking was well lit and safe.

I thought I chose Motel6 carefully based on how they presented themselves in their ads. I was completely let down. It was painful. I arrived at 3pm for my "accessible" room and there was non available - they'll clean one for me. "Could you come back in 45 min?" OK (reservation made a month ago) I returned. Handicapped Parking is about 1/2 block away from my room and being used by everybody for check-in because it's right next to the office. So my many trips to the car were very painful. Tiny, single-bed room barely had space for my wheelchair which needed to be charged. NO COFFEE, Coffee maker, Fridge or MW. Had to go back to Office multiple times when keycard wouldn't work. Painful! Ice machine too far away and machines didn't work. Wasted trip! Came back after first day outings - room had not been cleaned. Called the office: "You should have notified us in the morning sorry". Requested they bring fresh towels. OK No place in the bathroom to even place a shaving kit. Shower head does not work - only a hand held wand device - Poor Water Pressure. Device on wall to hold washcloths actually FELL OFF the wall because screws had no anchors, just drywall. 1 soap, NO other amenities.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than 1-2 days. Internet does not work. When I asked an employee she stated well that’s why it’s free. Not a great service. There isn’t any mini fridge or microwave so we had to eat out every day we stayed.

Good fast registration

- Because the toilet was broken when I just moved in, the staff assigned me to another room. The toilet of the new room flushed automatically about every 30 mins for the whole night. - The bedware was not clean. There were two hairs left on the pillow cases. One was black. One was golden. - The towels were dirty.

Great rooms amazing staff great location

I can't complain, this motel 6 it's in the perfect location it's quiet, and walking distance to everything in the surrounding area dining, shopping, e.t.c , the staff is amazing and very attentive to your needs in regards to *Alejandra* and *Andrea* thanks again ladies
