It was ok, but could not get extra towels as housekeeping left for day. Room was warm, A/C did not seem to work. Coffee in morning weak and lukewarm

This hotel did not honor my reservation with hotel.com and then charged an extra $50 as a “security deposit” for a total of about be out $160, twice the amount if they had honored my reservation. At this price, this particular hotel is not worth it.
Since we arrived late and had a wrestling tournament early the next morning, we didn’t have time to shop around. We literally just slept and showered there.
Our room did have hot water and air conditioning. It looks like there was an attempt to remodel. There was internet.
Things you should know, this is an older hotel therefore the rooms are very small, as are the beds. So is the shower…a family 4 would be hard pressed to fit, the whole room was mini sized.
It appears that the hotel was remodeled.
The beds were hard, the (2) pillows are flat and the sheets are thin. In each room, there is only 2 towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
At night, the rooms seemed fairly clean. But in the morning light, there were stains on the wall and doors.
FYI- the pool isn’t maintained and a bit of an eye sore. The tv was old and didn’t have cable.
There are no “extras,” one might expect for the price.

Was disappointed, got room with beds & a bathroom. No frig, a/c, microwave & a hand towel & bath towel. Called front desk to complain & was told that I didn't ask for them. Finally was move to a different room but a/c didn't work.

The room was stifling hot and the front desk staff refused to accomodate a room change, even though the room was uninhabitable. Apparently the in room thermostats do absolutely nothing and temperature is controlled by management.
It was a miserable experience and we will not be back.

My biggest problem with this hotel was the fact that the a/c did not work and the room was 75 or so. When we got to the hotel people had their doors opened to cool the room down.
There were no odors in the room
The shower had next to nothing for water pressure.

Not hot water to shower, night bed lights didn't work, air condition didn't work replaced with a fan, refrigerator didn't work but was replaced.

I love Motel 6 chain, however this one left me bot liking it. It was non snoning on swcond floor. However due ro bo ac you had to open the window to cool the room. Which made it feel unsafe. The smokers' on the balcony, their smoke would then enter the room. Additionally, there was bo microwave or fridge in my room but walking past thw smokers room on the fiest floor had them. The employees were super nice amd the rooms were clean which was a plus.

The staff was ok, this hotel requires a $50 deposit for the room regardless of using the app or not and it doesn’t say anything about the deposit on the app or on hotels.com. The pillows sucked, very flat and uncomfortable compared to some of the other motel 6’s I’ve used in the past, the room was clean but it did have a leaky shower head. I doubt I’ll ever stay at this hotel again.

The room served its function for a one night stay. The only issue I had was $50 charge that was not mentioned when I made my reservation.

Beds were somewhat comfortable. Heater was on high but didn’t come one once. The room temp was ok but got cold overnight. NO HOT WATER WHATSOEVER!! Next time I’ll for sure pay more for the room to have heat and hot water.

it was a cold nite. Heater did not really do a good job. Plus we'er elders , put us at the top floor. Had to clime up in the freezing cold nite

Please wash the top sheets, it had stains, the room was cold and the door was drafting cold air so I had to roll up a towel to act as a door draft, the thermostat was on Hi heat but not much, my hair dryer produced more heat, I stayed here in the past but now it seems the property can use a major face lift so to speak.

Everything was fine. Liked the open area for pets. The only issue was the large abundance of dust bunnies and fuzz balls under one of the beds. One bed was fine...but the other one (underneath) was quite filthy.

I liked having a lg area to exercise my dog an im also thankful for having Motel 6's that except pets at no charge THANK YOU

I booked nine rooms for a group of 18 volunteers working the weekend on the Navajo Nation. None of the rooms had heat and the temps during the two nights stay dipped into the 30s. There were no extra blankets for the guests nor any space heaters.

Horrible smoke smell upon entry. Reported it. No heat. Reported it, then too much heat. No fridge. No shampoo. Bathroom sink sprays ultra fine streams of water. Bathroom vent fan inoperative. Walls keep making popping sounds all night. Rock hard pillows. Not enough electric outlets. Could have camped out with the bugs for less.

The heat did not work, but we were comfortable inside. The air worked very well! The neighborhood is not the best. We had people coming up and asking for money. The room was very clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The things we found wrong was no fault of the staff! We will most definitely stay there again if ever in Farmington in the future.

Terrible place to stay.
No connection to wifi without confirming your room number and how much you paid for the room.
No amenities.
No towels in the room once we arrived.
No way to turn off the air conditioning even though it was really cold outside.
The individual who checked us in had an attitude and when asking for extra towels the next morning, she said, "I can only give you two. Thats the limit mainly because your checking out today. Dont forget." She snapped at us.
Awful tv. Kept disconnecting from Dish.

On the second night of my stay the night manager re-sold my room and called the local PD at midnight to my room because “their system” showed that I had moved to another room.
No attempt was made to call the room phone or my cell phone.
I did not answer the knock on the door at 11:30 pm asking “what’s your name!”

Live and dead bugs all over the floor. dirty towels. Neighbors was coughing and puking all night. Shower was small and dirty. I dont think they swept or mopped the fake hardwood floor floors in weeks. No carpet. I felt nasty after showering. The room smelled like a locker room when i walked in
