The front desk is nice. I requested extra pilows and she gave me also blankets.
Bath up is clogging.

Staff was great especially Taylor at the front desk. She always had a service with a beautiful smile. She made sure to go over and beyond and her work ethics were just spot on. As for Kristina she also showed the same work ethics and made me feel like I didn't want to leave. The two females are just Awesome keep up the good work girls.

The people that helped us were great and so was the service

The staff was excellent and prompt. We felt extremely welcomed and appreciated their hospitality. The room was clean and on par with our expectations considering the price and everything worked like it should have. The area itself isn't exactly the greatest but I already knew where it was and what to expect but this is surrounded by several places to eat and get coffee along with a grocery store so really convenient for that.

we booked this motel because it was close to the things we needed to do. if I was going to return to the area, we would not stay there; dirty parking lot, people's belongings all over the place, drug dealing in front and back of motel, way too bright lights that literally kept us awake.

The front desk staff were very friendly at check-in and answered all our questions appropriately. The room itself was a bit beat up with marks on the table and floors and there was no shampoo/conditioner. Overall at fairly average 3 star accommodation

Taylor at the front desk reception was AMAZING! What service! After a long drive, her incredibly upbeat, friendly, accomodating demeanor both relaxed and energized me. First impressions go a long way for any business, and Taylor's is a major selling point for Motel 6. She deserves a bonus!!!

I did not like it at all. The staff was rude when I got there. I got harassed by the employee right off the bat. The room stunk and it was dirty.

Better than expected. However, lots of homeless drug addicts nearby. Hotel staff spends a lot of effort to keep them off the property. Stayed three nights. No maid service, trash removal,or fresh towels at all during our stay. Unfortunately this seems to be getting more common everywhere we go.

Would not recommend staying here. I had two room changes and each time the rooms smelled like cigarettes smoke in a non smoking room. Ironic I know. Then the first clerk that switched out rooms failed to put in the system so during the second night we were denied access to our new room until I spoke with their manager. Definitely not worth paying a si for penny here ever again or in any Motel 6 anywhere.

Felt unsafe had to go to another hotel for the night. Too many people doing drugs in the parking lot. Felt the car would be broken into overnight.

Cannot sleep all night the one on top off me make noise and in my room was like off i smoke and outside was not safe will never return there

Staff was very nice but key card system was down so had to have staff let you into your room. Room smelled of smoke, tv was dark with weird big white spots in the screen. Not things I would usually complain about but for the price, I would expect a bit better.

The front desk person was LOVELY but I was not comfortable with the fact that they dint have any room keys and security would have to let us into our room. Staff was very nice and courteous but the security issue was a deal break for me.

I will never stay at Motel 6 again. I had just checked in went to bathroom and there was feces on the seat, gnats like being in a produce section. Air conditioner was filthy and noisy. The room was in poor repair. The refrigerator obviously not cleaned because there were melting popsicles in freezer. I felt dirty the whole time there was no tissues, shampoo, coffee pot, I didn't walk barefoot because the floor had stuff on it. The door had 1/4 gaps all around it. NEVER AGAIN

It was good the young lady that was working the front desk was very nice and helpful with excellent customer service.
The only thing that I could say was wrong was that there were too many people that was hanging out at night and during the day. that would be my only bad remark otherwise it was good.
