The rooms could use a small coffe pot and microwave, also in a more the 1 day stay they never did a room service,( change sheets and towels)

Unfortunately the building is 100 feet from a major and busy freeway so it’s very loud. Otherwise, beyond poor water pressure, everything else was adequate and acceptable.

I booked a double queen bed room and got a single full size bed room. My check out date was on 2/4/24 I checked in on 2/3/24 @3am and rh3 afternoon clerk checked me out at 11am on th3 same day 2/3/24. When i came back to my room later that evening around 5pm my room key still worked, I opened the door and there was a man whom had been checked into my room. I went to the front desk to sort the matter and was told that my reservation had been changed and that they had checked me out. I asked if that was the case then how did my room key still work. My arrival receipt even showed my check out date was for 2/4/24. They had thrown away my personal belongings that I had left in the room. This was the worse stay out of town ever, and this was my FIRST time ever in Euless.

The room was full of cockroaches, will not stay there again

I have visit twice first time seen a couple of roaches the second time seen a few roaches in the tub was also peeling today and the room was not clean properly Headboard headboard had few stains on it. The light did not work above the bed..

The room was clean, bad thing only 1 shower towel, and no cable it was raining so the dignsl from thevantena was bad. A coffe maker on the room will be nice

Check in was easy, room was very clean. No issues with anything, except we did find that we had to slam our door to get it to lock. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to play at the Parks at Texas Star.

Stay was about average I guess. No shampoo and conditioner in the room. No option for a Do Not Disturb so our room was cleaned without our consent while we were gone, and we were woken up the second morning at 9am by housekeeping due to not being able to put a sign on the door. There was pubic hair in the shower curtain before we used it. TV didn’t have a lot of channels. Bring your console or Roku if you want anything other than Seinfeld reruns and 00’s movies. Bed sheets were not super comfy but definitely kept us warm. Overall for the price we paid it was underwhelming. Make it cheaper if you’re not going to offer bare minimum cleanliness and amenities.

Within the last few years, this property built a new addition, in which I stayed a few months ago, and remodeling of the remaining property. This trip, I stayed in the older section. The first room I was given had the faux wood floors were warped due to water seeping up from the foundation (it was raining that day). They transferred me to another room with warped floors. There was no water on them, but the flooring edges were sharp and broken, and ripped holes in my socks. The socks saved my feet from getting cut. The sink had warm water but not hot. For hot I turned on the bathtub faucet. I told three sets of front desk people but all I got was a "meh" type of non-interest attitudes.

I loved it! Clean, convenient! Though the bathroom sink was clogged but that was the least of my worries. Environment was safe.

I checked in at night and the hotel staff was unfriendly as could be. The cars and trucks accessing the highway is about 200 feet from the hotel. I could not understand what the employee was saying through the midnight speakerphone. I got a seriously bad vibe from the whole experience and the employee acted unappreciative and somewhat brain dead. Trying to get to sleep at night was a whole experience in itself. I strongly recommend you bring a household fan or something that makes noise to drown out the overwhelming noise coming from the on ramp to the highway that's in close proximity to the hotel. I had booked several nights and only ended up staying one night I was so disgusted.

The front desk took 10-15 minutes to show up to the night window after repeatedly ringing the bell and knocking. After finally getting to our room, the A/C was broken. There were cracks in the floor of the room. We requested a refund and left almost immediately to find another hotel.

While the room was clean and well maintained it smelled a lot of cigarettes although this was a non-smoking room. That smell of smoke made the stay rather unpleasant.

Rooms are clean property is in a great location. Pool is clear and clean good amenities. Only thing I would change is coffee makers in the room and some sort breakfast but overall definitely recommend

We had stayed here a couple times before. But this time it was horrible. Bathroom was dirty, one of the floor boards was sticking up my wife stepped on it and made her bleed .
Smelled terrible of cigarette, even tho it was a non smoking room . A/c didn’t work as it should .
Door wasn’t sealed properly, bugs were all in the room.
