The hotel room was not prepared for guests. The refrigerator, tv and bathroom light doesn’t work. However the front desk attendant was wonderful and brought us a light, because we were in Monroe for a funeral.

We had no TV, the people were nice but that did not make up for not having a tv any better. They kept saying they would get it fixed but they didn't. A maintance man finally.came.amd "fixed it". It worked for 2 hours and then would not work any more.

My check in time was after 3:00 pm and I could cancelled before 4:00 pm the day of. Well I get a email that my card was trying to be charged for the room even though I selected pay at hotel. Even spoke with front desk beforehand. But they tried to charge my card before I checked in. Once I got there to check in she said total was different than the price I had in my confirmation. So past all that, we get to the room and it’s INFESTED with flies swirling all around the room and window. So i go back to front desk to advise of the issue and she tells me there are no more available rooms and that she’ll send someone to spray (LOL) but I’m upset at this point and she ignores the fact that I said anything about a refund!! Past all that she goes to the room and spray spray spray killing the flies, then come back to clean the mess up. After she leaves I go into restroom and it smell so bad like Urine as if someone been using it on floor for months! It REAKED OF URINE SMELL and nothing I bought and sprayed helped. Tv wouldn’t stay on, bed sheets were filthy and it was just awful. So I will never go there again. They need real housekeepers to come in and fully cleaned and sanitize every room every spot!

There were flies and water bugs in the room. There was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on the fridge. Items left in the room from previous tenants. The towels were dirty as well. The staff was friendly.

Very unprofessional, housekeeping rushing guest out their rooms, beating on the door and management deflected issues blaming guest. WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

Only problem. Well I say not a problem. I asked for a smoking room but end up getting a non smoking room other? Than that the stay in the trip as well staff here are mighty cool friendly save no wrong doing cool place to stay.

I am disabled in a wheelchair I booked for wheelchair accessible rooms and couldn't get the property manager to move me to a room where I felt safe to shower the p.m. tells me to put a kitchen chair in the stand up shower very dangerous not simple to transfer at all I couldn't access the toilet because my wheelchair didn't fit thru the door frame I would have to get out of the chair pull it thru the door frame then get back in it to transfer to the toilet I repeatedly asked for a plunger to plunge the toilet for 3 days was never given one the employees at this place would literally stand in front my door and carry on convérsation with their coworkers that were in the opposite end of the hall and when I asked the employee to please not stand in front my door with all the yelling cause I was sleeping he called me a b* ch totally unprofessional and he was very hostile towards me on a second occasion a few days after the first incident extremely disrespectful and cursing me out so when I approached the manager drew to let him know how his employee cursed me and was disrespectful he would not allow me to say more than one sentence to him about it he cut me off and tells me I need to check out this guy is dishonest and very rude to his customers I saw more than one person having to deal with issues because of the manager being rude .he should not b allowed to have the job he has he will get reported to the ADA amenastration as well as the better business bureau

Only a one night stay, passing through the state. Very nice room with kitchenette! Only real complaint is that the AC was off, windows were open, and the room was facing west during the late afternoon. The room must’ve been close to or over 90 degrees when we arrived. Closed curtains, AC on full blast, unpacked and left for dinner. 1-2 hours later and room was still uncomfortably warm. Didn’t full cool off til sometime after we’d gone to sleep. Something to consider!

My daughter went into room while I was still at work. She said Momma, I can’t stay here there are roaches crawling all up the wall. I had her to go get Raid from Walmart because my money was non-refundable because my money was pulled off my credit card before I went to hotel to check in. My daughter traveled back home after spraying the room for roaches and left her key on the bed. When I got off work at 7 am, there were still roaches crawling up the wall. The maintenance guy had a tote bottle of insect spray passing by and I asked him to spray the room again. I opened the refrigerator and there were roaches in there also. The beds are uncomfortable. The quality of the mattresses are very poor. You hear the springs inside the mattress just sitting down. I would not recommend this hotel for Hotels.com because I have used this booking site many times over the years and this is the worst stay of my traveling career.

There was spiders in the Sheets and Covers

Room was dirty- blood smears on the sheets, bathroom light switch and bathroom door. Towel rack was ripped out of the wall. Towels had hair on them. Bathroom mirror was dirty with toothpaste splatter and water drops; refrigerator and microwave were filthy. I didn’t use the coffee pot because I didn’t have a way to clean it. Walls were paper thin and I could hear our neighbors conversations, as well as see their lights thru the connecting door. Supposed to be a non-smoking room but the bedding was full of cigarette burns/holes. The room was non-refundable and I was tired and traveling with two dogs, so I stayed the night, but couldn’t ever really fall asleep because I was afraid of bugs and also kept checking on my car- it seems like a BAD area. Homeless people out front and in the parking lot. I left at 5am just to get the hell out of there.

Went to the office to let them know my shower wouldn't drain... THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DIDN'T WORK AND NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN I CALLED FROM MY PERSONAL PHONE. After I WOKE her up she told me she was sold out while I'm looking at the note tapped to the window saying there was 4 rooms available. So I walk back to my room and have my spouse to call and ask if they had rooms She answered and says YES! At this point I'm livid and just want to shower. I go back and she gives me this story about how she can't move me. Horrible customer service!

Absolutely awful. There was stuff left by the prior occupant still in the room, the shower was still wet from use, cobwebs everywhere and live roaches just crawling around the bathroom. It was not a safe nor sanitary environment and I did NOT spend the night. The pictures for this listing have to be either outdated, staged overly well or just blatant lies.

It’s was cool

The room held a lot of moisture and had a mildew smell. There were no soaps/shampoos. The pool was green.

Look like rooms are fairly newly renovated. Not fancy. Exceeded my expectation for the price of a room with kitchen.

Horrible

I've stayed here many times and it is consistently good. It's no frills, but the best in the area for it's price and the staff is responsive and friendly.

The nice kitchenette

It was very unsafe place to stay. The bathroom room was nasty dirty swept up in the corner with hair pins in it, hair in shower, qnd mildew all on the shower curtains. Lines were stained. It wasn't a decent place to attempt to stay. I wasn't there even 30 minutes. I had to leave Fighting to get money back.
