Terrible fromt desk service. Noone is is ever present at the desk when you need them to be.

Motel 6 was never intended to be Ritz Carlton, so FIVE STARS. Friendly staff, safe and quiet. I will stay there again next time I’m in the Fort Stockton area

Booked the room on line. Showed up to a young couple standing in the lobby with a child. They told me they had been there 20 minutes and no one was at the desk. The deck had a “be back in 15 minutes” sign in the window. The couple took their business elsewhere, but my room was already paid for. Contacted hotels.com, they made several attempts to contact the hotel before booking me elsewhere.

Rooms are clean. Pool closed. Ice machines broken but good value and good location

The staff is amazing Super nice and friendly Made me feel right at home.

I booked a room as i was traveling from Las Vegas to Houston Texas.. when i entered the room it was smelling weird.. and then went to take shower it was broken i told hotel staff about it she gave me different room but this room ac making lots of noise and the room lock is also broken this is the worst motel I've stayed in

Many homeless people camping in front of business. Not quiet, didn't sleep well.

No hot Water

There were no sheets on the bed. No towels. It looked like housekeeping started to get it ready then just forgot it. The front desk was rude. Last time i stayed there it was great not this time.

I arrived and despite having a reservation already made, as they did not have a system or internet, I could not check in. Instead of arriving and resting, I arrived and had to wait until almost 11 pm to check in. That day there was no internet so one more disadvantage, since they offered wi-fi and they didn't really offer it. The next day literally from 9 am to 3 pm I was insisting on calling the office and absolutely no one answered, I wanted to call to get the internet password. I went down to the lobby on three different occasions with the intention of asking for it in person and there was only a sheet that said there was no one and they left a sheet with the phone number that they did not answer either. On the website you can see that it has a pool, forget it, it's empty. And I hope they don't go to the bathroom very often because they only give them a roll of paper and no one comes in to clean the room or put in paper if you don't ask for it, the problem is that you won't find anyone to ask for it either. Finally at 5pm I found someone at the reception who could give me the password. The place is not bad but it could definitely be cleaner. But what was totally horrible was the bad service and attitude of the people during the stay. If your intention is to get to rest, probably if you can, but do not expect a pleasant stay.

No elevators. Room was small with no amenities.

The motel computer was not working and the owner couldn’t check in any guests nor could not get the cash register to open: so no registration by phone and no cash register by who ever wanted to stay. This was according to the clerk on duty and the manager was not available to help as he was out of town.

I knew staying at a motel 6 wasn’t going to be a luxury experience but it was worse than I thought. I arrived at 11pm, when I got there no one was at the desk, door was locked and there was a sign that said internet was down and no one could be checked in. Another sign said “management on property call number for assistance”. I called the number 3 times and it went to voicemail each time. So I sat in the car for 30 minutes until an employee pulled into a parking spot and walked inside. I walked back in and wasn’t acknowledged until I said something.

They had the air conditional on when we arrived, the room was clean and cool. The room keys were ready. Great customer service.

Someone hit my car at this hotel parking. They don't have enough cameras for their customers. This hotel has security issues, highly unsafe. I would strongly recommend to not go to this place with kids. Only camera is at front gate. My car repair going to cost me 1200 USD. How come in 2023, hotel is having only 1 camera for entire hotel.

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was clean and AC worked well. I am resting well here. Dining options are very good and close by.

We were so tired and needed an unscheduled over night stay. It satisfied our needs to get some sleep.

Ok for a quick one night stay considering price. Floors were dirty and ice machines broken.

Extremely dirty, there was flies in the room. The doors were dirty, there was old food in the fridge. I don’t think the room was even clean at all.

Didnt even get to check in, they were having computer issues so i had to get a room somewhere else. Very disappointing

Door didn’t fully shut and had been kicked in at some point as evident from the ill fit in the frame and the repositioning of the deadbolt. Air conditioner was extremely noisy but worked well to keep the room cool. Under the bed was super dirty and doesn’t get cleaned, floor was a bit dirty so couldn’t walk without shoes on. Front desk clerk was kind and friendly. Check-in was quick and effortless. Overall it was a great price and was ok. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean.

The door doesnt stay shut, rust and mold in the bathroom, and online said refrigerator and microwave which neither are in the room.

The grounds were littered with trash and dog poop. Pool full of disgusting brown water and not in use. Lot of flies and bugs in room. Room itself and cleanliness was OK, bed comfortable. Attention to detail here obviously lacking by ownership.

The photo of the motel when looking it up is nothing like what the motel is. The sheets on the bed looked used from the night before and the towels were old and not fresh looking. There was no shampoo and only one small bar of soap, with no glasses or coffee maker in the room. The air conditioner did not run smoothly or continuously. It kept turning on and then shutting off. And the door to the room had cracks around it that any bug could get through. And it was very noisy where you could hear what was going on outside or upstairs. There was no lobby or reception area and the property was a shambles. The pool was green and full of algae and probably not used in a very long time (or cared for). And there was no grass or area to sit except on broken chairs and a table. There were weeds everywhere instead of grass. The dog got stickers in her paws just walking to the car. It was very unappealing and dirty looking. We stayed long enough to take a short nap and had to leave. I hope we didn't bring home any bed bugs or lice.
