Good, clean, comfortable room. Basically needed it to sleep and it served the purpose

The Motel-6 is old structure and needs update. Air condition was not working in one room, so they moved to other room and the a/c in that room was also not working proper. Couldn't sleep peacefully.

First, I reserved a handicapped accessible room, thru Expedia, but didn’t get it. Carrying bags upstairs when you are handicapped is tough. Then the bed was super lumpy so I didn’t get any decent sleep. Then, in the shower, I noticed caked-on dried soap on the back shower wall. I chipped some off just to be sure that’s what it was. And, finally, each time I went to brush my teeth, I had to look into the sink where the drain was covered in green & black mold- like fungus. Very disgusting all the way around. The longer I was in that room, the more filth I discovered. Very upsetting. The grounds of the hotel are nicely manicured & the building freshly painted, so finding the filth inside was a bit of a shock. This was the worst Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in.

If I could give a 0 star I would. First where do I start, well sitting on the bed and there’s 2 ants then my mum goes by the door and a spider is hanging where the knob is then taking a shower too long hairs on the curtain and the wall they weren’t mine to the bathroom look like a dog, chewed it at the bottom then there was food Cheerios under the bed. Last but not least the toilet when it flush and when I called front desk, hey I need a plunger. The gentleman said I need to find one. I told him well unless you want poop left in the toilet. We need one all the way across. Do not stay there.

Nothing was working in the vending area. The two ice machines were down and the vending machines would not take a card. I asked for two extra pillows and only one was available.

Our room was very comfortable, very serene and peaceful. South Milwaukee has beautiful people and great hospitality. Surrounded by many stores and gas stations

Place was pretty janky even for a motel 6. I usually don’t mind Motel 6 but this one was on a different level. I mean it’s location is perfect for the area and I’d recommend for a guys trip but for couple nah. The towels smelled bad like chemicals and it pretty unclean. Not dirty but unclean

The room was awful. Dirty floor. Broken toilet seat. Dresser drawers were all broken. Tv stand rattled every time we walked in front of it. Refrigerator had a broken leg and spilled my drinks. Elevator was out of service. We were on the 3rd floor. Ice machines were all broken. House keeping came in while we were out. Floor still dirty and they only gave us 1 washcloth for 3 people. Complained and demanded that they stay out of our room, the next morning they walked in on me in the room alone!! There were also people living in their car on the property. Never again will I stay there. Horrible experience all around!!
