Staff very friendly. Room very small

Older motel that is clean and trouble free with NO BUGS. Pricing makes it an absolute good value. I stay here approximately 10-14 days a month.

Room/property very clean and quiet also the parking lot was very well lite made you feel safe,can't complain about price,would definitely stay there again.

The most important thing to know about this trip was that the room smelled of urine and old stale cigarette smoke in spite of it being a non-smoking room request. The area outside was kind of grungy and there were a lot of people hanging over the balcony and watching everyone come and go. There was loud music from the room above us. Overall, we would definitely not choose to stay here again. The only plus was that our two small dogs were free.

For what it is, I rate this motel at 5 stars. The staff was friendly, they put great care into keeping the landscaping nice and tidy, and the room was clean. We didn't see any bugs during our 2 nights there, and the place was quiet even on the weekend nights. Keep your expectations in line with a low-quality motel and you won't be disappointed here. The floor is worn out, the AC is inefficient, the paint is peeling in places, the shower is not pretty, the general area is not that great (but not scary or terrible), the room is really small. But everything was clean, the bed was comfy enough, and the service was good. For $60 or so per night, it gets 5 stars. If you want a fancy, pretty hotel, go to the south of town and pay over $100/night. Though I don't have personal experience, based on the reviews I read on other hotels in the area and my experience here, this is THE BEST hotel/motel in northern Greenville.

They think everyone a drug dealer the white man goes in your room when you gone... And the house keeper knocks at your door at 9 in the morning every morning and check out is not till 11 very disrespectful people

The room was fair, it is very small and out dated property. For the price it is good, the people are very nice. It was just too small for the 4 of us. If your just needing a place to rest then it is perfect. For an extended stay and more than two people it's fair. Quiet, nothing alarming at all. Front desk was very helpful and polite.

The motel is old but the staff and mgmt. try very hard to maintain it. Tear down service is the best! Very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but they aren’t updated. Super friendly staff and management!! Everything I asked for was done. GREAT water pressure in the shower!! Bonus! Well done everyone!

Needs updated

The front desk associate charged my bf for a room and then told him to leave they refused to refund or even investigate the charge. They have no understanding and we’re rude. The room had roaches and smelled the sheets and towels were stained and they will call the police for you wanting the corperate phone number.

Usually no complaints about this particular motel 6 but this time it was no where near decent. Bedspread had tears and burn holes in it, there was a bag over the smoke alarm on the ceiling, several wall plates were missing that exposed wiring, and not as clean as it should be, also many people hanging out in the stairwells, not sure if they were guests or not but they had more than enough alcohol!

Beds (sheets and pillowcases) were dirty Bathroom was dirty. Walls were covered with dead bugs that hadnt been cleaned off. Floors were dirty Room was nasty

I cancelled my reservation and need a refund because the room was disgusting. There was leftover food in the room, cigarette burns in the comforter, and lamp shades. The smoke detector ripped from the ceiling, the AC barely worked and the room was musty. I also found a dead cockroach behind one of the beds.

We have been staying at motel 6 since april 24 after our home burned down. Yesterday morning 2 individuals waited until we were gone, went through our belongings and told us the room and our stuff smells like smoke so we are bot welcome until we pay $150 damage fee because if it. They were fully aware when we first checked in we came from a fire so if they had a problem with the smoke smell they should of given us a smoking room

Was supposed to stay a week. Stayed one night. Room was very tiny. It had an awful odor. Pool and phones both out of order. Dirty lobby. Dirty area.

The daytime staff at this location is always courteous and accommodating. The rooms have always been clean and well stocked. The parking lot and the hotel grounds are very well lit and not riddled with an overabundance of all night loiterers, like several of the other surrounding motels. For the price, it's the best option I've found in Greenville TX. I personally choose to stay here whenever I'm traveling through and need a place to shower and sleep well for a night. Dr. Rugg

Do not stay here!!!! It was horrible it smelled like depression and cheap cigars. I had to spray the whole place 3 times for it to be tolerable!! I will never opt for another cheap place just because of a short stay.

Property was filthy , Had to get our own Towels and wash cloths. Noisy and will never stay there again even if it was a free room .

This property was disgusting and roach infested. Area was trashy and you get what you paid for. Booked for two nights and I left within hours of checking in.
