Beds were quite uncomfortable. Shower water was brown. The staff was efficient but not real friendly

Our room was DIRTY! It was clear that it had not been taken care of for quit some time. LOTS of crumbs along the edge. Couple old pieces of candy and my son even found a curdled cup of milk. Breakfast was not good either. Burnt and just tasted 'old'

The employee that checked us in was fantastic. He double checked that I wasn't getting charged twice, he helped me out quickly when I left my keys in the room and was very speedy with check-in. Room was also great. Will definitely stay here again.

Our door key wouldn’t consistently work, the tv was off line and wouldn’t work. The front desk wasn’t very friendly about fixing it

The check in process was the worst part of the whole stay… the older lady checking us in was not only rude but unfriendly. It was 8pm and my son and I just wanted to get to the room to go to bed. The process was a 30 minute check in. Something wasn’t working with the computer and she had to call her boss. Just a terrible process. No sorry or any type of appreciation. I work in a hotel and it was sad to see this type of service from other hotels. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

The room was wonderfully clean and fresh. But the door and walls are fairly thin. The receptionist put me on the first floor right next to the lobby and people coming and going kept me awake til almost 1 am. If sleep is important make sure you get an upper floor room.

Isn't it so nice when you walk into a hotel and the guy on reception is welcoming, personable and knows how to help you? For an inexpensive hotel, this place is a great find. I stayed a couple of nights and it was a great decision. Comfy beds, nice room design, great views, and the only thing I would have changed was to book much earlier to get a ground floor room with my doggo.

We’ve stayed here many times with no complaint. Unfortunately, this time both drains in the bathroom were clogged, the gfi outlet in the bathroom did not work and there were 400 dead flies on the floor and on the window sill. Very disappointing.

The floor was filthy. Hair and dust through out the room. Sheets where dirty as if they where never changes hair again in the sheets. The smell in the hotel instantly made you want to gage. When asked for a refund the manager was super rude instantly saying no refund and to move away from the desk to check others in When NO onew was behind me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The worse part expedia would.only refund 30 points equivalent to $30 on a $150 room. We left the hotel and are staying in the Hampton Inn nice clean hotel with no disgusting smell.

The coffee maker in our room could not work because the filter holder was too large for the maker. The only coffee available in the room was decaf. Didn’t really matter because it wouldn’t work. Breakfast area needed knives.

Unfortunately the hotel was very outdated and dirty. The first room was pretty gross and thankfully the one we were moved to was better but the whole place still smells like smoke and gross carpets. Multiple issue with cards not working for doors, the staff was helpful but you could tell they didn’t really want to be there. We will be booking a different hotel on our way back through

Went to get breakfast and it was out. There was no coffee and overheard manager tell employee to tell everyone there was no more. This was at 8:30 in the morning. Loud hotel and not the cleanest. Had nice employees.

I liked the fact that the gentleman who checked us in was so very helpful, especially as we were very tired upon arrival. It was wonderful to have someone who handled everything so quickly and efficiently.

This was an excellent place, with one exception; the coffee maker in the dining area was broken. We were told to use those crappy ones on the room. Also, there was no microwave in the dining area and the food was cold. We had to bring it to our room!

The front desk seemed to be in a bit of a kerfluffle with the ice machine when I arrived. It seemed like a challenge to go from maintenance worker to cheerful helpful front desk worker. My key did not work-so had to go back down to desk with baggage and my dog. A helpful fellow came back up with me to try the key. He couldn’t get it on the first try but did figure out the trick to getting it opened. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the TV difficult to use-Towels were fluffy and white. The bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet. Breakfast was meh. No fresh fruit. One sweetened yougurt. I would say very very basic. I went downtown to grab a sandwich and coffee. Mediocre staff, frustrating to get into my room and a breakfast that was easy to pass up.

As we were walking through the doors to check in, we were immediately met with the front desk clerk. No hello, no welcome! Quickly asked us if we had a reservation-which we did. As she was checking us in, we kindly asked her where the room was located so we can coordinate parking. She pointed down the hall behind us. I then asked her where the room was located again, she reached across the desk, grabbed my shoulders and turned me around and said I was looking the wrong way.
This behavior completely changed my mood and my desire to stay at that hotel. I will NOT stay there again.
