My family and I needed a quick 1 night stay and this place worked out perfectly. Check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and comfortable as well. I'd stay here again.

Room was very clean, heater worked quite well. Property is located near many restaurants, gas stations, and Northern Arizona University facilities.

One night in town for medical test. Hotel room was clean, beds were ok, bathroom was small and water pressure was fair. No gym / exercise room. No free breakfast, parking lot a little hard to get around in and sloped. A motor lodge style hotel / motel. I gave it 4 stars because it was clean, comfortable and a decent price for the value.

The owner obviously cares about providing an excellent stay. Clean, comfortable room, laundry room on site, walking distance from eateries, coffee, university. Exceptional value

The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It’s a great place to spend a night. It’s nothing fancy but I don’t care about that. It was clean and comfortable. That’s all I really care about anyway! I would absolutely stay there again.

This was a quick stop after visiting Grand Canyon, and it perfectly suited our needs. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. Fridge and microwave were helpful, too! Service was great and an excellent location among higher priced hotels.

As we traveled across the west we went through Flagstaff and decided to spend the night. We found this motel for a reasonable price and booked it. It was very clean and comfortable. If was about 1.2mile walk to the restaurants but the choices were good.

We arrived late at night, easy check in. I had three kids with me and not one complaint. We left early to shred snowbowl. The heater worked great. The shower was hot. Can’t complain especially with a great price.

We were just passing through flagstaff and needed a one-night stay. This fit our needs perfectly. It is an old motel which has been completely refurbished. It almost seemed like we were the first ones to stay in the room.

This is an older motor inn that is very well kept.
Beds were comfortable (memory foam). Everything
worked and the room was spotless. I would not hesitate
to stay at the Highland Country Inn.

Polite and simple, quick checkin. Clean and good for our one night short stay for travel. Only negative was the heater, even in low, was very strong and was kind of loud. Too much air which then made us feel colder. Hot shower and warmer blankets would have been better option. I would stay again and support this hotel.

This is a great place to stay. Simple, affordable, and clean. The only complaint is the pillows, so if you're picky about that bring your own.

Staying one night on way to Grand Canyon. It was eat to check in. Clean rooms. Quiet location with a grocery store near by.

My main problem was the pillows. One was too thin and two was too thick. But for the price, it's a great pick. Convenient. Good TV, good heating and cooling.

No frills hotel. Room had a mildewey smell. Water pressure in shower not strong. Very clean room. I arrived early and they accomodated me.

Clean and quiet. Courteous and attentive staff. Conveniently located. The bathroom fixtures and fans are dated and loud, but everything is clean. Good value.

Clean, simple, wifi worked (albeit slowly). But it’s motel wifi, what could you expect. Bed won’t do your back any favors but overall it was good value and clean.

Work trailers and pick-up blocking parking spaces. Loud machinery. Dust flying from tiles being cut. We stayed for an hour and left.

The property is very well located, within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and stores south of and in downtown. The beds are comfortable. Everything else screams modest 1960s design and no extra amenities. So it was a perfectly fine place to spend one night, but at the price, it does not stand out as a great value. Did love downtown Flagstaff, though.

This was my second time staying here. I chose to stay here again because of how good the first experience was. They upheld my expectation again. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, and within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend.
