The Wellfleet Motel and Lodge never disappoints! Reception is very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and the heating/Air conditioning has been updated. Breakfast at Harrigan's is always delicious.

It's a perfect place to stay to see sunset on one beach, and the opposite side beach the next morning to see the sun rise. It only takes few minutes to reach both beaches.

Our stay was great! The room was very clean and we used the outdoor pool which was also clean and we enjoyed relaxing there!

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. We asked when checking in how to go about making the most of our visit while in Cape Cod. The registrar (name?) gave us a map and made suggestions which we followed and had a great time. Our room was comfortable and the location of the motel had many nearby dining options. If we are ever back in the area we will be sure to stay again!

A wonderful, well located property with easy access to fantastic beaches, restaurants and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The staff are friendly, very attentive and provide an excellent level of service. A wonderful breakfast menu with a large array of tasty offerings which we enjoyed every morning of our stay. Highly recommended.

Wellfleet Motel and Lodge was an awesome place to stay. The room was clean, well maintained. The King bed was comfortable.. We did not use the restaurant but it was crowded every morning. My only complaint was tht the bathroom vanity is small so you can't leave your toilettries in the bathroom.

My only complaint would be we ordered queen sized beds and I swear we got full. Very small for queen

Worst experience ever. Terrible. The motel room was dark, musty mold, smelly, super loud noise AC unit, super humid. The location of the motel is in the middle of nowhere. Extremly inconvenience for going anywhere. Will never come back. NOT recommended.

The only think I’d like to mention is how loud the air conditioning is. Otherwise, our stay was great! Thank you.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. I just wish they'd include some drinking water in the fridge for the guests.

Bed was comfortable, sheets clean. The bathroom smelled very strongly of mold, and hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the floor and around the sink and a use towel on the back of the door.

This was very conveniently located and in a beautiful setting! The room was quite clean and we did have everything we needed. The rooms are however a bit run down and could use repairs of basic things like towel hooks and bars. Carpet was quite old and really could be replaced. Given the high cost of the room, I would expect more but in the end- we had all that we needed and it was very very clean- which to me is most important!

A perfectly fine, relatively attractive roadside motel. Good pancakes at Harrigan's! A cable channel guide is much needed in the room. Hunt and peck gets old ; D

I booked this motel last-minute when it became clear that our family's camping trip at the Mass Audubon sanctuary across the street would be rained out. The rate felt high for a 2-star motel but for my purpose, the location couldn't be beaten--or so I thought. Crossing US 6 was a nightmare by car, let alone walking or biking, so the thoughtful bike racks and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail help little. Our room had a splendid view of a dumpster and the rooms were in shabby condition; visible stains on the blanket and marks on the carpet. Most days housekeeping didn't bother to clean the room at all. Strong gas smell in the stairwell between the floors. The restaurant also smelled horrible and I found an un-mixed chunk of dough in my pancake the second morning I ate there. All in all it's really difficult to understand the positive ratings for this property; I can only assume that people are just happy to find anything in a "reasonable" price range in this location, and the owners know it so they're investing the absolute minimum in upkeep and service.

The check in process was quick. The front desk manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff acknowledged our request and booked us 2 rooms together. Check-in was early, quick, and easy. The rooms were spacious and clean. The outdoor pool was nice, and the indoor pool also great on our overcast, drizzly day. The only suggestion would be to reduce the chlorination or use a less pungent chemical for the indoor pool to ease eye burning. The breakfast was great also. Marconi Beach was awesome and only a 5 min drive. Overall, a great stay and value.

We stayed at the Lodge,party of 2. The property is well manicured. The room is spacious and the private porch is perfect for cocktails and morning coffee. Room service is available, something that has been eliminated in other hotels, and coffee etc., is replenished. The cafe appeared to be quite busy for breakfast, but we did not eat here. The location is perfect for the Outer Cape, convenient to Marconi Beach, our favorite.

Excellent guest relations! Service was remarkable! We had a faulty smoke detector in our room and within 3 minutes of reporting it to the desk, maintenance had come to take it down. Front desk very accommodating. Restaurant was excellent! Only negatives, slightly dated rooms, loud ac unit, and no bar which was advertised on the website.

It’s perfect for a quick getaway. Everything was perfectly serviceable and the staff were pleasant and professional. Comfy beds and pillows.
