Terrible place to Stay, the room had ants everywhere, this hotels is severely outdated not a place you want to take your family. The Fire alarm went off at 12 midnight scare everyone

We were in town for a funeral, the night before the funeral, the fire alarms went off. After evacuating the hotel at 12:45 am. We were told it was a glitch in the system. Shortly after returning to our room…. The alarms started going off again. This isn’t an alarm in the hallway.. it is IN THE ROOM!
This went on more than a dozen times over the next few hours. The hotel did nothing to offer compensation for the inconvenience.
As a manager of a large company that sends employees to this area several times a year, I assure you I WILL NOT let our planning staff book any of my employees in this hotel. The disregard for the client is inexcusable to me. I deal with hotels all the time and absolutely will not subject my employees to this poor level of customer service. Spend your money else where.

This was a trip for a family of 5. The room was spacious in a sense that we were able to have our own mini space in a hotel room. Appreciate that there's a large living room area separate from the bedroom and a separate sink in the living room area.
The free breakfast was on the slim side of things.
Overall, wouldn't mind staying here next time we're visiting Mountain High Resort.

Very nice clean and spacious room and bathroom. Like they set it up for comfort over least number of square feet needed for a room and bath. Breakfast was good. Had multiple options to find something you liked.

Rooms are very big which was great. We picked this hotel for the pool and the breakfast. Breakfast was very limited and not good at all, ended up eating out 3/4 days we stayed. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Staff was very friendly so that was a plus!

The hot tub was under construction WITHOUT notice! This was one of the main reasons why we chose this property. This is the second time we've had this issue when booking with hotels.com. Reconsidering using hotels.com. There should be better communication with the properties & construction matters. There should be a discount given or something due to the misleading advertising of ALL amenities available.

Stayed 1 night, Monday. Was quiet in the hallway & no loud outside noise. Clean room & building. Good service in checkin & breakfast was tasty, hot & cold food. Well lit parking lot.A bit priced but everything is going up.

Unfortunately this Hesperia location was a huge disappointment. This location felt more like a cheap Marriott hotel rather than a Springhill.
Green carpets, outdated bathroom, outdated living room area, 1 tv didn't work, the other TV's remote didn't have batteries, no divider between the room and living room. The icing on the cake for me was the loud and squeaky A.C. that didn't let me sleep all night. The woman that checked me in, although she was training, was extremely friendly and professional. I want to make sure it's clear that my issue is with the hotel itself and not the employees.

Couldn’t check in cause I didn’t have my real ID. I had my expired ID and the peace of paper that DMV gives you until my real one came in the mail. Couldn’t use it so had to go to another hotel.

The property was nice the room was big. I did have a couple of issues such as my room not being clean two nights I did just ask for tissue paper and towels. Saturday night there was someone playing music the whole time which was extremely loud. There was one particular woman at front desk that wasn't really comforting or welcoming to me and my family when we needed things we were limited and then when we did express our issue in regards to the room not being cleaned the situation was not rectified all in all interesting experience

We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly, our room was nice and clean. I wish pool was warmer but at least it was clean.

Good location. Clean room. Didn’t like that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside the room. I also didn’t like our room number/location. 117. We were right next to the pool and gym. Very disruptive when trying to rest. Also didn’t like the “crib” they provided us. It was a pack and play and it was old with holes in it. We ended up using our own pack and play that we always carry with us.

There were a lot of ants in my room, especially the bathroom. I checked in quite late in the evening maybe close to midnight and couldn’t be bothered moving rooms.
I asked during the stay for my trash to be emptied, especially considering the ant issue but it wasn’t done. 3 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located. Good sized rooms. Comfy beds. My roommate said she could hear people walking above us at night. I didn’t. Breakfast was average. Waffle machine was out of order. Eggs and turkey sausages. Cereal, yogurt etc. No fresh fruit. I will shop around next time I’m in the area. This place was just ok.

When we asked to switch rooms, they told us there were no more available and we would have to wait until the next day to switch. The room was also not clean. There were stains on the couch and on the carpet.
We then switched to a different room the following day, and that room was cleaner; however, we listened to a couple next to our room yell and physically fight each other all night into the following day. The walls are so thin I could hear every word they were saying to each other. I could also hear their TV so well that I knew they were watching Friends and could hear every word of the show even though it was not very loud.
Staff was very polite and apologetic, but I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very disappointing especially paying almost 200$ a day, and we stayed 3 nights. I asked for my trash to be picked up, along with a vacuum. Especially when you have 6, 5, and a 1yr old. I finally went downstairs on our 3rd day after the night shift came in, cause day shift became useless.
I wish i got the night shifts girls name cause she had been great since day 1. all the way till we checked out. She didnt act like she was putting in a note, or pretend she was doing anything like the girl from the day shift.
