Not much time before a research sports events to clean up the in room phone rang and was answered completely nude trying to hop in tub quickly(found out later the night stand clock was off an hour) when a suggesred to front desk it was my bathroom plumbing on 3rd level leaked into lobby and they wanted to know if while i was away to my sporting event for maintenance to be in my room. I was not comfortable for my luggage to be kept unattended.

We always go for fun! We hit the strip district, enjoyed the amenities,the nearby restaurants and the 🛍

We were able to check in early and woman at front desk was extremely friendly. Check in was quick. The first room we got the door did not lock so we were given another room. This room didn’t have any cups for the coffee maker or water and the sink did not work. The pool was closed for our entire visit which was disappointing as it’s a big reason I selected this hotel so my son could swim.

It was a good stay overall. We have stayed here before. There were a few issues but the staff worked hard & proficiently to get them resolved quickly. We were disappointed that the hot tub was down, but enjoyed other amenities. Hotel has a bar, workout room, business center and a pool; for those that need a comfort break.

Was a nice lobby and room. Staff was nice and room was clean. Bed was ok on comfort. I was disappointed that the hot tub was so overchlorinated it made my skin irritated and couldn’t get the smell out of my skin even after two showers. Think they had the levels way off. Both of our eyes burned and nostrils were irritated just sitting in the hot tub. So that made took away for our romantic staycation idea a bit, but the hotel was nice and convienant.

It’s a decent hotel, just stayed one night, so my adult son could go to Dave and Busters for the whole evening. The bar in very understocked, didn’t even have any white wine, and we were there around 6 in the evening, on a Saturday

The window in my room was filled with dead bugs, the pool was yellow at the bottom, hot tub was not really working well. Just needs better cleaning services.

I booked my two-day hotel reservation through Expedia (paid for, confirmation received), but upon arriving to the hotel a few moments later - the front desk receptionist said they were completely booked and I was unable to check-in.
No refund was issued, and I was advised to contact Expedia (which is difficult to do).

The pool & hot tub were green. Overly crowded with young kids that jumped from hot tub to the pool. Room was nice and clean. Stayed for one night but wouldn’t stay for extended period.

Nice quite place to stay and relax. Our heating unit making a loud noise and turned off the unit. I mentioned to the front desk. Other than that, great service.

It was ok but definitely fell short of what I expected. The bathtub had rust stains in the bottom and the toilet seat was loose and crooked. The TV was in a weird spot, which they obviously know because to try to fix it, they had it on a rolling ledge that could be pulled out, but when pulled out it blocked access to half the room. They also charge a $5 fee for parking even though this is not in a city or high-traffic area where you would expect to pay for parking or where space comes at a premium (and the other 2 hotels nearby do not charge). Not terrible by any means, but I won’t be back.

The property was very nice and updated. However a loynof the adminities were not ooen or working. The pool was closed, the hot tub was closed the ice maker wasn’t working.

The hotel is in a very nice are. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could be updated, but other than that it was very nice.

For the price we paid, over $200.00 for 1 night stay, we were disappointed. No complimentary breakfast, no coffee or tea self service station, no cookies, no free bottles of water at check in. Noisy air conditioning running all night and a continuous tapping kept both my wife and me up most of the night. Convenient for the concert we attended but would not stay here again.

They are understaffed. I had to wait 3 days to get clean towels and sheets. The room carpet was never cleaned during the week I was there it stained my socks when walking around. Trash was overflowing on the 2 tiny trash cans in the roo. The staff was very friendly so it compensated for the lack of services.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! For $240 a night I expected at least a little bit. The staff is friendly and the exterior is nice but that is the end of a pleasant experience. Rooms are trash, carpet is stained and filthy, mold on wall next to AC unit, trim fallen off wall, bathroom falling apart, balcony filthy with screen door fallen off and propped up. I will never stay at this location again.

I checked in on a Thursday didn’t sleep there until Friday, woke up feeling something crawling on me, I turned on the light and there where ants on the nightstand in the bed and on the desk. I took a video of it downstairs to the front desk and they said we are sorry we can refund you one night. I never took any food into my room not even a bottle of water. I will never stay there again. With the amount of money they charge you should not wake up being something’s dinner. Sorry I can’t up load the video this web site doesn’t allow it.

The pictures don’t accurately reflect the place. Things may look newly remodeled, but there were dirty socks in the closet AND under the bed, the carpets were sticky, the coffee maker in the room was missing a coffee pot and cups, the tub was gross, and there was no ice machine. I would have called down to the front desk, but it was already late, I had 3 kids with me, and the man there clearly hated his job. Also, there’s not actually a restaurant. Waste of money.

AC was turned off and room was hot and humid when we entered. Ants in the bathroom. Empty body wash, and shampoo bottles with prior guest hair in shower. Asked for a new room that didn't have ants, was told they were booked full, they were definitely not booked full.
