Room doors are not sturdy. Strange smells in building and two rooms we were offered. Filthy grout on bathroom floor. Bed sheets that should have been white were grey.

Nothing wrong with the property when I got to my room te smoke detector was laying on the table and I went to the desk clerk and let her know so I didn’t get charged for it

Older property, but very clean. The staff works very hard, and were very friendly. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast.

Beds weren't comfortable at all! Swimming pool was indoors and warm. Room smelt bad when we arrived but I always bring smell goods when traveling. Parking lot is tight. Overall its ok to deal with.

The room was very clean. Front desk was very friendly. Staff was very helpful. We came for breakfast at 9:20. We did not care for the eggs. The potatoes and sausage were cold.

The breakfast was 5 star, the person putting it out zero stars. They have no microwave in breakfast room. My daughter wanted oatmeal. She had put it in a bowl and added cold Milk. Then looked for microwave. None. She asked the person putting out the food if she could cook it. She said No, her microwave was busy. She needs to use hot water. She then walked off. There is no way adding hot water to a cup of cold milk would cook it. My daughter walks with canes. No way she could carry it back to room to cook it. But the lady working the front desk was 5 stars. She gave us info about things to do. Restaurants she likes. When we came back she asked us what we end up doing. She also helped us out. My Mom went into hospital and I needed to check out early. They let me check out early and gave me a refund. I so appreciate that. Because when my Mom called freaking out that she was going to die because she has cancer. Even though the test wasn't done yet. I could go home so I could be with her.

Walked into first room and started checking for bed bugs like I always do in all hotels. Pulled up the bed near the head board and found a condom on the floor. Went to front desk and given a different a little better room. Would suggest check first but not Best western for me anymore. I have a pic but it would not let me add on here.

Convenient place to stop for the night. Only thing that made the stay uncomfortable was the A/C room felt very humid and not our typical sleeping environment. Staff was very friendly

The room was comfortable, dry and clean. The rooms are a bit dated; however, the a/c unit worked great and the TV had local cable, with plenty of viewing options.

Close to casino, nice indoor pool

Hotel is located in an easily accessible location. Room was clean and hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The only disappointment was the internet was slow.

When my husband and I entered the lobby, we first noticed how clean the hotel smelled. Then we were immediately welcomed by a smiling hostess. The combination was very relaxing.

Desk clerk was helpful forgot my charging cord and brought one up to our room. Room was clean bed was confortable, would stay there again.

Stay was okay. Not our typical hotel chain but there were very few options to choose from. The beds were very “squishy” and I think some people like that sunk in feeling. Just not for us. Also, found an ant crawling in the bed, but hey! No bed bugs! Also, door dash delivers.
