The location is good, the staff are very friendly and they understand English but the property is a bit old and need a bit of touch so I only stay one night instead of 6 nights

The room was in a bad condition. Needs a lot of maintenance. Rusty cookers, spots in the toilet and on the walls. Penitentiary quality.

Great value for the money. The rooms are OK and the pool is well kept. The hotel is in prime location close to the beach, dining and night life.

Night portiere demanded that we pay him in cash and added 25% in “taxes” that he put in his own pocket since he only logged the original amount. There was missing light fixtures and lamps were suspended from old electrical cables coming out of the wall/roof. Some of the power outlets were no longer attached to the wall properly which presented a deadly danger to our 1.5 year old boy. No warm water for most of the day and no water at all in the morning. Cleaning maid would only give us one toilet paper roll a day. She cleaned the room with old mop water and the whole room stank. My wife went to the lobby to complain and they laughed at her. The towels were from 2012. We wrote a review of our stay so far and sent to Expedia and the owners (“Groupe Sahara Hotels”, also runs Hotel-Club Tagadirt) were not happy. The manager apologised and offered an upgrade to a better room. That room was better but one of the power outlets had the grounding pin broken off. Had it been cold and we had plugged in the electrical heater that were on the wall next to the plug the whole heater could have become electrified. My wife stutters due to and trauma that she suffered in her childhood and while asking for a table and drying rack for the patio they said “Ok, let’s just do it so we don’t have to have her here at the desk stuttering any more”. The table and rack never materialised. We went to another hotel for the remaining five weeks, not giving any more money to Igoudar Appart-Hotel.

The hotel saw better days. But my biggest issue was loud music from nearby club. Every night the DJ lost went crazy between 2 and 4am. Apart from this it was kind of OK.

The appartment fits 4 pple. Cheap out of season. Double check you are not near an all night Arabic music disco. I was in room 203 with a leaky toilet. Had to put towels down. After 2 days moved to another room. Double check the hot water works & dont let the porter distract you with small talk.
Green eyed day receptionist is not trust worthy. He took a whole pack of strong UK painkillers for a hangover & did not return the rest. After check out I realised my second packet was missing & my jungle fever mosquito spray. .
Ladies thoroughly clean rooms daily. Tip them generously. WiFi only works in reception. Pool side was dirty with bird droppings.

Hi i have to say that i wad disapointed ny this hotel :Positif : price And not so far of the beach Négatif : 1) service : the man in the lobby was not able to found the reservation.He request to sent him the confirmation to his mail :-(2) very noisy : high music noise up to 2 amAND noise at 8h00 because some employee want to repare some floor élément with hamer 3)no maintenance see photos attached

Overall a dirty hotel. Not much in the way of supplies in the kitchen. Beds were pretty awful...like a camp mattresses. Not much to write home about. View was good of the ocean if you were in the highest room which we were. Wierd design - you walk along the roof to get to the room. Ours was super far away from the entrance with a lot of stairs. All in all a bit of a five of a hotel but we made it work.

Needs a renovation...clean but just old. The big problem is the pool...they "clean" it from 10am to 12pm so you can't use it. it's really small and not very pleasant. Hotel is close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc and is right next to the beach. Price is very cheap if booked through Expedia but you get what you pay for. There are much better places for a bit more money

We went to Agadir for two weeks, but only stayed a week in Igoudar, and moved to another hotel for the second week, read on to find why.The good:- Building architecture.- Friendly cleaners.- Location (ish).- Thats about it.The bad (deep breath):- Smoking EVERYWHERE, reception, hallway, rooms etc.- The room stank of smoke/nicotine/tar so badly it triggered my asthma. Opening the windows and doors didnt help, it was so strong it refused to disappear.- Receptionists are useless mostly, we asked for a different room but the request was not fulfilled, except for the young guy (Abdul Ilah) he was friendly and helpful, but never had powers to do anything with regards to room re-arrangements.- Toilet was leaking, asked for repair, they stuck a basin under the leak instead!- Rooms have no privacy what-so-ever, there are no curtains (yes, you read that right), you either leave windows open, or use a sliding-door-like window to cover glass, which leaves no room for light to get through!- Ants, but thats excepted in Morocco I believe.- No Wifi in rooms, Wifi in reception is acceptable, but very unreliable, as you get the whole hotel guests sitting there using it!Overall, it was a bad experience, I even considered cutting the trip short but that was too expensive. Luckily, Studio Afoud saved the day, it was way better in every regard, only if we gone there from day one!Regards.

Oh well been booked for 5 people and been give room for 4 first night then moved next day to 2nd floor whit toddler also no hot water complain about it every day keep turned off the pouiller the swimming pool was dirty no entertainment no restaurant open so never again and they been worded by experia thy got the title on eall big jook

It smelled like mildew . I had hard time sleeping from the smell. The beds were very uncomfortable I think the floor would have been better. Owners don't take care of the hotel. I only stayed one might even though I booked four and I was told the rest of my money will be returned wrong, nothing was returned.... If I was expedia I would take it from their list.

We stayed here in May 2014 for 10 days. The apartments are very clean and the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and some very good nearby restaurants. I'd recommend the Jardin D'Eau and the Dome very highly for both the standard of food and the service.
We took a taxi to the supermarket Marjane to buy our provisions. It is just like any other western supermarket but it is convenient and has everything you could imagine wanting for the duration of your stay.

The Hotel is very basic 2 star and is very close to the famous Jemma EL Fena Square in old town Marrakech. Its on the main road next to main bus stops and oppsite the grand Katoubia Mosque Tower. Staff are firendly and and always happy to help. Breakfast is basic and consists of fresh OJ, Yogurt and Croissants also you can request a fried egg if you want it. The bedroom and bathrooms are very ancient Morrocon type but clean, bedding and towels changed regularly. The cleaners are always working non stop. It also has a basic spa costs 300 Dhms for 1hr massage. Nothing special but does the job. To be honest this is a basic hotel at a basic price and the only best thing about it its location right on the edge of the square. Wifi is only avail in reception or on the rooftop, very poor signal in the rooms. At this price you cant really complain and it satisfied our needs.

We got their at 2am, staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Cleaners were in everyday and did a v.good job (be sure to tip them if you can) Nice and quiet at night. Pool was standard size. Beach was a 5min walk. Everything was local. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Best holiday by far. Will defo be back sooner than I thought.

Once we had been shown our room I immediately had to ask for a different room as the shower was broken, it took a further four attempts to find an apartment with a loosely termed "working " shower. It's never clean, you don't get enough towels or loo roll and wifi is only available in the lobby. The staff are unhelpful unless you catch the right guy. The only thing it has going for it is a nice pool and the location is good for the beach.

I really enjoyed the quiet courtyard where our rooms were. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The staff very friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant.The beach is only a short walk away. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the main tourist resort close to the beach, restaurants, shops and facilities. The access is easy, it has a small parking lot, where we always found room for our car. Rooms are clean and spacial, view is OK, depending on the position, we had rooms overlooking sea and palm trees. We liked the swimming pool in the center of the complex. We stayed there in off season, and enjoyed the peacefulness and ease of the time.

We wanted an inexpensive apartment and that's what we got. It had electric cooker and fridge no freezer. Bit short on cutlery. Bring your own corkscrew. We forgot so bought one and it broke without pulling the cork. In the end we got through four and they all broke. Quality of goods is a problem in Morocco. Good beds, clean sheets though we had to order a change of linen after 10 days. Clean towells every day. Maids don't wash up but they bleach the floors every day minimising the chance of roaches. We saw none. The odd mossie though we always carry flyspray. Good water pressure and always hot on demand. Pool good and clean. Hire car good and driving no problem: traffic is quite light in Agadir. Parking bad. From c 5pm an aggressive guy locates himself in an inescapable place outside the hotel and wants money even if you park on the public street. We suffered a broken indicator lens one night and I am sure it was him who did it because I refused to pay him the 10 dirams (c £1) he demanded. Hotel said "call the police', No proof though. so no point, though I would have had we had real problems. Lovely French-style bread and superb patiseries in town (needing the car). You can buy bread (not as good as the town bread), wine, beer and limited groceries from the shop alongside. No hotel restaurant but plenty nearby. Efficient laundry service and free internet in lobby. We'd go back to Igouda.

I stayed here for four nights in early December and was very satisfied with both the apartment itself and the hotel in general. The staff were friendly, the pool was clean and directly in the sun, and the apartment was spacious and had all the kitchen utensils I needed. Very sweet little cats visited me every morning. It was just a short walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The lively English pub is just around the corner & worth a visit. All in all, an excellent budget choice that I would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed the hotel, its facilities and staff. The room was nice, comfortable and clean and the swimming pool was very nice.
Our only issue was that the hotel never mentioned that the time in Morocco was changing on the day of our travel resulting in us missing our flights back home and the huge inconvenience and extra costs we had to incur. It would have been nice to have had a notice at reception informing guests of this important change of which we had no other way of knowing.

Room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful- we didn't arrive until 2am and they stayed up and waited to let us in!
Room was cleaned everyday and we were given clean towels everyday too. Although the room was quite basic, it was perfectly adequate for what we needed and wanted.
Pool was a little cold for me to swim in at this time of year, but lots of sun loungers to lie on and watch those who were brave enough for a dip!
Would certainly stay here again!!

It is a very lovely budget hotel. The apartments are rather large and offering everything that you could need. You can tell that it is very clean. the beds are very comfortable. The pool is rather lovely. It would be nice to have Wifi in at least part of the hotel. Also, although I found the staff to be lovely, there was one lady working the front desk. She yelled at me and was very rude when I tried to take a towel to the beach (not to use on the beach/sand but on a chair). In my opinion it's not the way that you talk to a customer but difference cultures?!? I dunno.
