Staff was AWESOME and breakfast was great. Kinda chaotic, but not the hotel's fault, just be wary other travelers were SUPER rude and shoving, etc. for food (that there was plenty off because again, amazing staff). Hotel is older and parts are run down, but again, clean and well maintained. Luggage service was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

The pipes had burst so the hotel comped us a stay at a nearby hotel. Kevin was very nice about it.

Excellent option for long stays, all rooms are fully equipped with kitchen and all the required stuff to live in the hotel.

Stayed with my family early March 2024. The location is fantastic with easy access to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. Although interior furnishings are a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but basics. I’m not sure where all the negative comments about staff come from as everyone was super nice and helpful. We would stay there again without any hesitations!

The property's Mid Town location was ideal for us. The room and its facilities were exactly what we needed. The rooms because of their double glazing were very quiet insulating us from the 24/7 street noise. The staff were without exception great. The only issue was the lifts and their inability to handle peak times. We waited one day for 25 minutes for a lift. Other than that all else was great and we would book here again!

This was perhaps the worst Residence Inn I have seen. We arrived at 2am, made to wait 5-7minutes as there wasny anyone at front desk. When she arrived, she gave us 2 rooms which were not close to each other , but, we had no choice as there was less inventory, we were told. When we weny into one of the rooms, to our surprise, it wss licked from inside as someone was already in lnside. We went to the front desk, where she put us inyo a different room. Once we settled out bags in one room, and I wanted to go and sleep in the other room, the lock malfunctioned and I had to call the front desk.they sent someone and after a good 15min wait, they fixed the lock for me to get some rest. The shower in this hotel works in one of 2 modes, either boiling or freezing and nothing in between. Quality and variety in breakfast is missing. Breakfast room is so crowded that we kept bumping into each other. Every day, the Breakfast is exactly same. Quality of elevators and timing is horrible. It takes forever for it to come in busy hours. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Its a complete wast of $220 a night for this dump.

Well located close to Bryant Park, with breakfast included, perfect for families and couples! Good rooms, in our case, a little kitchen which was perfect for our stay.

Hotel was better than expected and great location. Would definitely stay here again next time we plan to stay in Manhattan.

The breakfast was good, the location was good. The room was ok, the toilet and shower was very out dated.

Very convenient property.

For the price and location, I am hesitant to complain. However, my friend got stuck in our bathroom, and we were lucky enough to figure out how to get her out. Then got stuck in the bathroom the next night, and they had to send two people to use a crowbar to get us out. If I’d been alone without my phone, I shudder to think what might have happened. The guys who came to get us out were great, but this is dangerous. Location is good, if a bit far from subway, and free breakfast wasn’t bad, with a really nice cafeteria staff.

Easy check in and they were all very accommodating.

Location was great for our purposes and plans. Room was comfortable enough, but the pullout sofa had seen better days and sloped downwards somewhat when in sofa mode. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections.

The staff greeting from the front desk was exceptional; and surely made you feel very welcomed. The hotel itself is quiet outdated and the bathroom door has lots of dust and hairs which shows the lack of cleaning. Stained walls from the removal of old pictures and very outdated and non positioned photos on the walls didn't help at all. Just very outdated decor which didn't make us feel cleanly safe. We only stayed one night; I wouldn't return as I didn't sleep well. And I love Marriott.

Great location, great customer service, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Room felt big for NYC and even had a small kitchen. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Friendly staff. Included breakfast starts to close way before the hour announced and, even though they let you through, you get the impression that you're so late and interrupting their cleaning. Elevators are probably due maintenence. The area is very convenient.

I fly in from LA to NY monthly. My office is in Times Square this is a great option. Next to the train station everyone thats works there is nice. The place is clean, easy to find, warm. And the kitchen in room is a major plus. Definitely the main reason I stay here.
