It was an amazing time.. They should remove the vending machines signs since they don't have them and you have to charge items from the front desk to your room.

It is a great hotel. We loved the fountain. We were in walking distance to nice resturants, we swam in the pool and enjoyed the Jacuzzi. We were checked in pretty quickly considering everybody showed up at once to check in. He was very nice, though I can't remember his name. Thanks for a great stay.

I wasn't impressed by the lack of security. The side door was constantly open so anyone who wanted to could walk right in. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Its pretty clean, good breakfast items, the beds are not very comfortable, and the sheets are horrible. The sheets are really scratchy and hot, not comfortable at all.

We loved the convenience and location of the hotel. We could walk to everything! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and the daily breakfast was good ! We were not aware that we had to schedule our room to be cleaned the night before--it may be helpful to post this somewhere. Overall, nice and we will be back!

Wonderful hotel in a very cute, walkable town. We enjoyed several meals in the area (best was Euro Pizza!!) as well as morning walks around the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Phoenix metro area and wanted to get away from all the traffic!

I enjoy staying at this BW property. It's close to restaurants and Fountain Park. The facility is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't much but I don't stay here for the eats. Phoenix, Chandler and Scottsdale are short drive.

We stayed two nights, our first time visiting Fountain Hills. We really appreciated the Nespresso maker in our room. I had requested an accessible shower, however that was not available for our stay. Jason at the reception desk offered a shower chair, which worked out nicely. The bath towels were scratchy probably from being laundered too many times. Overall, we really enjoyed our suite. The hotel location was excellent, right at Fountain Park.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The only complaint I had is the gap between the door and the floor. We put a towel by the door because we felt uncomfortable with the size of the gap. Because the gap made us uncomfortable I will not be staying there again

Everyone was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room clean.

I arrived very late and was able to check in without any issues. Peyton was extremely helpful when I called to inform him that I would be arriving later than expected. The following morning Jason was very pleasant as well. The only issue was small ants on the sink counter and the coffee area in the room.
