We were able to check in early, mind you judging by the two cars in the parking lot I don’t think there were many guests this weekend.
Lounge under construction so very limited for drinks, food was good, manager complaining to everyone about the staff quitting wasn’t appropriate.
Room was clean and warm, bed was comfy but pillows too big and puffy. Gotta remember to travel with my own. Poor cable connection. Wifi decent. Average for a small town heritage inn.

The place was nice and clean and had some options that are nice when traveling. I would stay here again if I had late mornings to do but the breakfast did not start until 7am which is pretty late and we were out of the hotel by 630 every morning. The place was clean and staff was nice.

It was quiet but i didnt like the uncleanness of the room.

Dirty carpets and bathroom. Tub didnt drain properly and the overall condition of the room was bad. Service was slow and never at the front desk.

Charge $250 more than the room price and the room is very cold, bathroom toilet flush is broken, counter wall paint is off. But it is clean

The pool/hot tub area was very nice.

Was nice and quiet. However there was a problem with power. As soon as I tried to use the microwave on second day the breaker blew.
The attendant told me that when everyone uses their equipment at the same time sometimes this happens.
So I asked the attendant a few times to reset the breaker while I had to heat my food a couple of times because of power loss in our sockets.

Very standard hotel. Nothing exceptional but a good place to stay in PC. Clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

The girl at the front was camp really helpful and great. The rooms were clean. The shower had ample pressure which is different than most hotels which is awesome. 5 out of five.

I ordered 2 rooms and 2 nights. My parents’s room is very old. We need to ask help to operate air conditioning. No coffee, no cups. I need to ask. My room ‘s facility is ok, but not clean. Stains are on carpet anywhere. Fridge has leftover drinks from previous guest. Used soap was left on sink. The wired thing is our TV automatically turned on at 3am. I guess previous guest set the time, but how scared for us to wake up by automatic TV at middle night. The pictures of the hotel is so nice and new, but we are so disappointed by all the things experienced.

My kids really enjoyed the pool time and I the hot tub. Staff was courteous and helpful. The place was pretty clean but our room needed some attention; the door did not close properly, leaky faucet and wall surfaces needed fixing. All in all was a good stay and good value.

The room is very dirty, there is a lot of hair on the bed and the bedside lamp is a lot of dust. We asked for another room, and the bed was just as dirty... Very disappointed,

The "new edition" was poorly constructed and/or ancient - loose caulking, mold, missing grout, etc. The ice machines "were all out of order" (so after the first one failed, they waited for the rest to fail before fixing or replacing them?).

It’s a good Hotel. The rooms are nice and the Bed is very comfortable. The shower could use some new taps.

We were put into a 'petstay' room, (not at our request) which had dog hair all over the underside of the mattress..... they did move us to another room which was much cleaner, but a disappointing arrival to say the least.... breakfast was week, powdered eggs and undercooked sausages

Check in and check out with no problem. Friendly staff. The thing that bothered me was the smell in the hotel. Not sure what it was, from the moment I entered the lobby there was this weird smell. The hotel could use some renewing and renos. It's a bit worn out. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but the gentleman in front of me when checking out commented that the tub could use more cleaning as he saw some hair.
