Plumbing had some issues draining and room had a weird smell but quickly got used to it. Other than that it was pretty clean and great for a Motel. I would stay here again.

I have zero complaints! The room was very clean. I was there on a Friday night and it was quiet. The room was spacious with two queen beds, a small table for two, and a comfy chair. The room had a tv, mini fridge, microwave, keurig, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. It's a small motel with a very friendly staff.

Wonderful, old school family owned motel with lots of ownership pride. Room and common areas clean and updated. Bed comfort was acceptable for this price range. Excellent offerings at breakfast. Would highly recommend for value and overall experience.

My stay was good and that I was very clean and friendly. However, the very first room that they gave me the toilet did not flush, and when I went up front and told the attendant she come in and tried to plunge it and then asked me if I could basically deal with it for the rest of the night!! I asked her what my other options was and she told me that I could move rooms or I could basically deal with the toilet not flushing me myself don't think that dealing with that toilet not flushing should have been an option at all I should have been immediately moved!

Spacious and clean room. A bid clunky on check-in (had to use a phone to call the front desk to let me in at 8:00 pm to check in). The person at the front desk was very friendly, however.

This property hits my top priorities: Clean, Safe, Comfortable Bed, Soft Sheets and Towels, and Friendly Helpful Staff. I stay here every time I come to town.

Area did not seem clean or sfe. Would not refund us for reservations even though I paid for travel insurance through Expedia. Expedia was not help either.

Stayed for the weekend. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean. No problem with water pressure or its temperature. Staff is nice and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Rooms convenient to parking, spacious, clean, nice light blocking, nice cable options. Great ice machine and coffee maker. Bed was too firm and a little light on the toiletries, which I admit, we also didn't ask for. Have to cross tile floor to get to freezing bathroom, which had a separate heater in compensation. Worth the rate, for sure.

The room we were in with two queen beds had been beautifully restored and updated. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom area were very clean. The dark ceiling beams matched the furniture and added to the attractive appearance of the room.

Nice accommodations near, but not on, major highway so there was little to no noise. Also near, but not in, the busy downtown area of this university town. It's on my list for future trips thru this area.

The staff was very friendly and check-in/out was easy. It was nice to have access to some free breakfast snacks in the morning. The shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. There were a few holes in the sheets and stains on some of the towels. I could hear the tv and shower running in the other room. It wasn't really loud, but distracting enough if you are sensitive to noise. Overall, this was a really great value. Much better stay than expect for the cost.

Room was ok but the property and lobby are very out dated. Not sure how it has 4.4 out of 5. Should be a 3.8-4. Hall way smelled strongly of Lysol. Staff was friendly however she was outside smoking at the front door. Not a great first impression.
