The stay TERRIBLE!! We were trying to sleep and people above us were making too much noise jumping around and making noise. After an hour I called the desk. The girl said she would call the room above us. They stopped for awhile but started up again. I called the desk again and told the guy that this had been going on for hours. He said he would call. I called again in 15 minutes and he said he would go up there. I called again and he said he didn’t hear anything. I told him to come up to my room to hear it. He said he didn’t hear it and made me move to another room. At midnight, I was NOT HAPPY! I will not stay at Microtel again! The last time I stayed there I heard all kinds of talking in the middle of the night and got woken up at 6 am with more talking!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location. The location has options for food. The included breakfast was very basic.

Would change the lighting in the room. Too bright and no dimmer switch.

The water needs to be hotter. Shower curtain is installed incorrectly causing water to spill on the floor. The shower drain was clogged or was extremely slow

Every one was super nice. It was clean and easy to access from the highway. Restaurants within walking distance and some shopping. They provided a hot breakfast which was very good. I I would definitely stay here again.

I have definitely had better experiences at Microtel Hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The television didn't work. Very few outlets in the room. I was very disappointed.

Clean, but basic

Clean property. Walkable restaurants. Quiet are but close to interstate.

I have never been treated so poorly by the front desk staff in my life! First, I was double charged, and they refused to reverse the extra charges. I had to speak to multiple people to get this done and the nasty attitudes I received, and hostility was unparalleled. as the manager was looking at the discrepancy one of her staff was standing behind her spewing foul and vulgar comments unprovoked towards me. not once did the manager tell her to stop or be quiet. this is the worst staff I have ever encountered, and I travel half the year for business. I was finally able to get the funds refunded but the level of humiliation I endured during the process; I will never stay at a Microtel by Wyndham ever again!

The WiFi at the hotel when I was in my room the connection was very poor.

It’s not a 4 star property, it’s more like 3 star at max. Room cleanliness was not great. Decent breakfast and courteous staff.

For the price it was an excellent place to stay

It was just really hot. We asked them to fix our air conditioner and never was, we stayed for four days never got service. We never asked for it because it said after three days they would come in and do it they never did. Went down before seven every day and no food, when I asked if they had some, they actually went and made some, so they did try to rectify it. Staff was friendly.

We needed a room after a long drive from Florida, we scheduled microtel and the hotel did not disappoint. Room was quiet had a great sleep and a great breakfast before returning to the highway to head home to Canada

The hotel was clean, convenient and a good price. I was here on business for 1 night. It was perfect.

room was clean, big enough and comfortable if not sprawling in size. No fridge which is too bad. Clean, quiet. Basic breakfast (waffles machine, yogurt, wrapped bagels, etc.). Easy parking. Several restaurants, pubs, gas stations right nearby. Very nice value
