The insides of the hotel rooms were very clean and well kept. We had one light switch that didn’t connect to anything and one side lamp that didn’t work. A/C worked great and the jetted jacuzzi tub in the honeymoon suite was excellent.

i kept getting over charged they kept messing up on everything and i still got charged an extra $100 and they haven’t given it back

People next door fought from 3:00 on. I left a bracelet that was very precious to me in the room. I came back the next day. Nobody
Knows anything. It just not a nice place to stay.

The room was dirty! Dirt marks on the wall, the sheets were obviously not changed and stained, there were dark brown stains on the gray curtains, and housekeeping never came to my room during my stay.

I had problems from the time I created the reservation all the way till the time I checked out for luxury suite that cost me a lot of money. I didn’t have a decent set of towels. The TV was not working properly. My name was changed on the reservation because of a credit card issue That had nothing to do with me so this was the last time I stay somewhere like that

It was a little unexpected to not have carpet on the floor, so it was a little chilly on bare feet. Also, the light in the bathroom was tied to the fan, and it seemed to stay on until the humidity from a shower had been dispersed. This was a little annoying when trying to go to sleep, because the light would stay on, and you could see the light around the door, even when closed.
Otherwise, it was a very reasonable place that seemed clean and pretty well maintained.

I guess first think you need to know is that the place is nothing like a suite and inn not even as you arrive and notice is an old disgusting motel where you should never arrive with family and kids.
Place is nothing absolutely nothing you would expect so be careful.

The property was the cheapest on Expedia at the time there is no excuse to have such a poorly maintained motel as an option.
This is a Motel not an inn or hotel. To rooms smell awful the stench from the plumbing is rank. I will not ever stay here again, that being said the staff was nice and helpful.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The ONLY ammenity in the room is a mini-fridge.
No coffee maker. Just a mini fridge. I was expecting more for the price. This is a MOTEL not a hotel, Inn or Suite. As you pull up all the signage in neon lights states so...MOTEL. But again, clean and comfortable.

Pictures are for sure deceiving! I know it’s a 2 star hotel but damnnnn, the dust and moldy shower curtain was wild. The bathroom floor was straight up filthy. Yall should be embarrassed to even allow people to stay in those rooms.

The first room I was given was simply horrible. It stunk, and had burn holes in the furniture and walls. The curtains were dirty and also the floor . Wallpaper was pulling from the walls and just could not be comfortable there.

Nice rooms and good location. However, it is extremely annoying how the front desk people will stare you down from the moment you drive into the small parking lot. They literally watch your every move and it’s just annoying knowing every time I leave or return to the room they are watching creepily. Also, parking lot is very small and tight, not many space available. The security deposit is $100 which you can do in cash or with card.

Tub was clogged and began overflowing. Stayed clogged all night. This was just a bad experience as we drove 6 hours and were looking forward to showering. ALSO, heater made a very loud noise and didn’t work so it sucked having my babies with me and no heater.
The staff was nice, but I would rather pay more money at a better location next time. Do not recommend. I guess you’re lucky if you get a good room like some of these reviews say, but unfortunately we weren’t lucky.

The Glen Capri Inn is not worth the "cheap" price. You can hear everything outside, the shower floor looked like it youd get athletes foot, and the heater sounded like a garbage disposal. FYI, if you make any changes to your booking, they will double-charge you for the room and refuse to give it back. If i wanted to spend 260 dollars, id stay at a hotel that doesnt steal from me.

Our fridge didn’t work! And there’s no microwave in the room (it smelled a little like cigarettes) but in general everything was pretty good!

The cleaning ladies were the loudest people ever in the morning around 9 AM and the water was Luke warm. Not a good experience.

The manager was very welcoming. We have stayed here multiple time. Everything is great overall. Bathtubs are great and staff are usually hospitable. Everything is very clean which is my biggest thing. Only real complaint is the tvs never work. Sometimes they charge parking but usually they dont. We intend to come back but we just wish the tvs worked

We stayed here and it was just as described, the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room was nice on first appearance but the hot tub jets did not work, nor did it have a stopper we had to stuff the drain with a towel. The restroom was not to clean under the sink, it smelled of water damage. Lastly the water in the shower didn’t get to hot, but the bathtub water did, and the remote to the tv needed batteries..

Checking in was frustrating,
Area was somewhat decent , got our room , used toilet paper roll on the handle in the bathroom , hair in the sink, tv didn’t work cause it was broken (we weren’t told of this) and the wires were sticking out , A/C wouldn’t stay on, sheets were a little dirty , shower head 1 was disgusting and had red mold on it, shower head 2 had ZERO water pressure.
The only good thing about this place was the LED mirror. Thats it. I’d give it no stars and request my money back .

Not once did they check on our room or attend to the linens. Staff was rude. The pictures on the ads and website were manipulating and deceiving the place looks nothing like pictured. The rooms have a nice wallpaper but they place gives 70s drive in motel that is still in the 70s.

It took about 30-45 to check in. Mold in the restroom floor. Too noisy, would not recommend.
