Excellent hotel and excellent view , hotel have a fantastic spa..

I realy enjoy the spa and the thai restaurant. My room was spacious and the eare quiet. The restaurant is maybe a bit expensive but you pay for what you get.

A dream place, the attention of the great staff always ready to help you in whatever you need

View was amazing, but room was poor and very expensive for what we got. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming but found people who served us in restaurant were rude.

Wellness area is top. Restaurant: Thai dishes were very tasteful and plenty. Swiss main dish ( Kalbsbgeschnetzeltes) I had was at best a starter size with 10 tiny pieces of meat. They charged for water even though we ordered tap water which every Swiss restaurant has to provide for free, tap water being of perfect quality in Switzerland.
Breakfast very good.
Rooms: overheated, no aircon, bathroom equipment not in good shape.
Overall: we might come back for the wellness experience only if we get a much better deal on the hotel stay. We were there for Pentecost weekend and considering the rates, we didn't find it to be a good deal.

I stayed there 1 Night, It's truly amazing hotel.. Clean, and confirm room with Big bathroom + Shower. Location is far from the Sarnen station (Bus every hours or walk in 40mins), but I would say Walk to the hotel, you get to see more and enjoy the surroundings. Not much on the breakfast, some serials, bred, cheese and boiled egg.
