I’ve stayed here twice for 4 nights on a work trip and both times I never had a hot shower. The first time I didn’t complain because there were plumbers working during the day replacing water lines or something. I chalked up the cold showers to the possibility that the hot water heaters were being serviced.
The most recent time weeks later no one was working and I couldn’t find a single time of day to get hot water. Morning was cold, evening before bed still cold, right after work ……..yep cold. I won’t be staying here again

The stay was fine, Rooms were outdated amd some of the furniture including the bed was worn..Usually Marriott has amazingly comfortable beds. Unfortunately the middle was a bit sunken and was a bit uncomfortable.

the inner workings of the toilet were not working. A repair person came by the 2nd day of my stay to fix, but he did not completely fix, and I had to manually adjust the flapper so the tank could fill. Also, tv would not turn off - but couldn't be repaired until my 3rd day because engineer was not on site. Hotel did not offer to change my room nor offer to reimburse me for some % of the daily rate! Have stayed there before with no problems.

Free Breakfast was outstanding. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Only negative- Air vent headed directly at pillow of one side of the bed though which made my husband uncomfortable during the night.

Property is under renovation. We chose this hotel because it had a pool, it was under repair. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room only had one bed. It smell terrible.

We checked in late night to find the place under construction in the lobby, breakfast room, and elevator. Our unit was very worn and dated. Mirror peeling in bath, carpet and trim very worn, water damaged wall, and just overall worn out! Very disappointed because usually Residence Inns are perfect.We don’t mind paying good money for a nice place, but this experience left us feeling very cheated.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and will keep coming back. Our room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and with a large area to eat in. The location may seem a bit odd. From one direction you drive thru a residential area, the other way is a block off a highway, near a shopping area. The property is set in a quiet location.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and organized and nicely decorated. The complementary breakfast options were excellent, something for everyone. Very clean area and tasty food options.

Great hotel and location, especially to Asbury Park Beach which is 4 miles- 15 min car ride. Loved Shannon, she was extremely accommodating at check in. Rooms are clean comfy environment.

Bath tiles were damaged. Kitchen Cabinetry knobs we’re missing. The hotel was noisy all night. The room came at a premium price, and then I was charged another $5 for a bottle of water. Very underwhelming.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was as expected and very clean. The pool was fun and the area was sanitary. There were always people cleaning the premises, restocking towels in the pool area, etc. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. I have no complaints and will definitely return for another stay in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s Junior Prom as the property is adjacent to the country club which hosted the prom. I had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen and fireplace which was excellent! Very clean very spacious beautiful views and the girls had their own areas to get hair and makeup ready . My mother in law and my girlfriend and I enjoyed the ambience of the fireplace and relaxed and had our own happy hour in the spacious living room area. The staff provided excellent service and the manager Barbara went above and beyond to accommodate my room requests and allowed early check in. The staff was super friendly and made a big fuss over my girls for their special day. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend you stay at this hotel .
