Everything was great, the comfort and convenience. The only thing made it not so great was not having hot water our entire stay.

All rooms were renovated and I satisfied. Convenient location with free breakfast. But sadly hot plates were not provided whole week.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and clean. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the desk with ample counter space. Proximity to the subway was great. Overall my stay was wonderful and I would come back because i know the staff are amazing.

Great location. Not too loud. Rooms were clean and not too tiny. Will be staying again here next june. Wish the mirrow was not rigth behind the door. I almost broke the damn thing rigth after i came into room.

Location is fabulous, in Chelsea “flower district”. All staff are super friendly and welcoming. Room is kind of small, but the main problem was a dark shade was apparently broken and couldn’t be moved up without our temporary fix. Reported to staff when we left and they expressed concern to get it fixed. Also, would be nice to have even a small armchair to watch tv or movies - many hotels don’t have this or put it in a lousy location. All in all, stay was good so probably would stay there again.

The customer service was awful. The front desk refused to have a blanket brought to my room in the middle of the night. I was told housekeeping is closed and I would have to wait till the next day.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Everything from the staff to the room was awful. 0/10 stars never staying again. Shower curtain had red stains on it, shower nozzle was broken, the port for microwave/coffee maker/ fridge was broken and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. The room smelled like wet dog, again nothing done about it. Front desk lady was rude and didn’t want to offer any compensation when it came to the issues, not even a room change. Paid nearly a lot for half a room basically.

The hotel needs some renovation but if you are looking for a nice location close to subway station, drugstore and some small restaurants and coffee shops, it is a good find. In my opinion the best thing about this Hotel is the amazing staff they have. They are amazing!

Getting water was an issue. Water Filter/coolers were installed on many floors but none of them were working

Very nice staff and decent sized room. We had two queen beds and had a nice city view from the 20th floor. Parking was 50 dollars around the corner.

A good hotel to stay in if you want to be close to the center of activities and more so the Times Square. It offers the basic of hotel services despite the high rates I paid. Don't expect a safe to keep your valuables. I did not get any bottled water either. Room was clean and overall comfortable but only for a short stay (2-5 days max) in my view. I met a guy at the reception who was a little helpful about making myself safe walking around the streets particularly in the night.

We had a good stay. It was clean and we felt safe. We mentioned between it at how pleased we were at the breakfast buffet. Not only was the selection very tasty and with many choices, the wait people really were terrific and went above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness.

Only two service elevators - one was broke entire stay- made for long waits at the elevator. Seems a little run down and needs to be refreshed. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately we did not experience the same quality that Hilton brand gave to us previously. The lobby floors looked dirty, elevator floor is broken and a glass door is under repair with no barricade. We were accommodated in a room for handicaps without any notification when we booked a regular one. The shower was full of mold, so we needed to clean it by ourselves because we don’t like to do complaints after check-in process is completed.

Good room but a wall safe would be nice and leaving more soaps, shampoo at start but when asked for more at front desk received them right away.

Staff was very friendly. Location very convenient. Parking was on the next block over, so it was a little challenge to unload luggage and check in before parking, as it is a busy street without sufficient space to unload. Room was not well kept, paint peeling off in bathroom and not very well cleaned. For the price and location, it could have been worse.

They are really outdated. They do not offer two, water or coffee in the lobby despite of the information at their website. They put garbage containers in the restaurant area when closed. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. They cleaning service was good, but overall the hotel felt that they cut corners.

Most negative aspect: my roller blind being stapled up so it couldn’t be rolled down to 1) keep the room warm and 2) somewhat soundproof the room from how loud it was outside with night club music
Another annoying thing - what hotel doesn’t have toothpaste and toothbrushes at the desk? Go to a Marriott property (any brand) this is a given whether you pay for it or not. They don’t send you to Walgreens.

The noise from the honking cars and trash trucks made it difficult to rest. Granted it is new york but maybe thicker windows would help. We were on the 16th floor and it was still loud.

There wasn’t a blanket on my bed just a sheet and thin bedspread - it was like sleeping under a paper towel - the bed and pillows were fine but I slept in clothes to keep warm

For the price this was a great place to stay.. no stupid facilities upcharge like others. It's a clean room with good water pressure. Bed was ok.. little stiff for my personal taste. Amenities are sparce and if your there for more than 1 night remember to ask for more up front including coffee pods.
I would advise some staff members to not be blasting music while trying to check people in or out.. Kind of annoying when you have to yell to be heard or hear.
Save some money and stay here and spend the savings on Espresso Martinis at Starbucks Reserve in the Empire state building.

This is a fine place to stay...outside of the chaos of MSG and Times Square, but an easy enough walk.
Hotel is showing its age a bit, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Street feels safe to walk late at night and there are a few pubs and diners within a couple of blocks.

Staff was great! Refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig was very convenient in the room. They also have fresh coffee every morning downstairs. Walkable to many places, and subways. Felt very safe day and night.

Heat hardly worked. Cleaning staff was able to open the door to drop off towels without knocking and the deadbolt or lock properly stopped them!
