I feel little bit scared as the inside lock was broken and my room is at the last room on the 2nd floor. And almost no one in that floor, light in bathroom is broken. But location is excellent, convenient to find food, massage shop and so easy to go airport (I stay over night before I back). Warm welcome from staffs.

Perfect location for the price. Friendly staff! We will defenetly going back there.

Can be improved with little more maintenance...found ants & coackroachs in room

Worst hotel ever. So very disappointed in Expedia of even offering this place. Booked a twin share room, to be told we at age 60 had to sleep in bunk beds. When we asked for two single beds they could not accomodate us and then we were charged an far too high fee to rent another room. The pool has tiles missing and the roof overhangs the pool and every time it rain all the crap on the roof goes straight in the pool. The rooms are tiny and very outdated, I couldn't get into my bathroom for the first five days as the door was stuck. The aircon leaks all the time and sitting at 18 degrees still felt like 30. There was mould all over the ceiling in my room. The toilet seat was falling off and at one stage I fell of the toilet. The staff try so hard to make it nice, but short of a bulldozer there is not much they can do. Several staff members told me I was way overcharged and they were sorry, but Ma management make the decisions.. Will never go here again and most other guests were saying the same. The breakfast was minimal and at one stage cockroaches were observed by many coming out of the bread pile. The cups were so stained I went and bought my own cup. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, management is hopeless. Pickup and drop off was offered, but never happened, even after paying for it. Worst place to stay ever. Oh and the over size bugs while as big as rats are in fact cockroaches..

Lots of small insects in the room. Something like big ants

Upon being greeted and asked for more money re my booking I was taken to my rooum for three. Room contained two single beds. Tired from travel just pushed the beds together and asked for another pillow and towel. Noisey area pool looks great but I would not throw my x wife in it as it was so dirty.

Mostly Indonesian and Chinese guests.

This hotel is old and run down but is smack bam in the middle of Kuta walking distance to restaurants and waterbom and discovery mall great for a drop bags and go before that late night or early morning flight

Rooms were worst than a backpackers hostel no hangers for clothes bathroom dirty and old bedroom not much better told they cater for small child only to find no cots staff just pushed single bed to double bed for baby to sleep in wouldn't recommend Place in need of Major renovation

cleanest and newest rooms in old hotel overhang the noisy and busy street...but I sleep thru anything so no probs, great buffet breakfast, but get up early at 7am to get fresh cooked, sometimes people to not put covers down on the hot dishes of Rice, tempeh, baked beans, bacon, sausages, noodles etc.so flies can be a problem. Cappucino is a delight each morning to see what design has been made (frangipanis, hearts, faces etc.) Buffet help yourself breakfast was a great idea as even cornflakes, porridge, soup and other cereals as well as fruit and the pot tea, coffee and orange juice offered...didn't need lunch on a couple of days. Staff only need asking for anything to be done, they forgot to clean room, but were there within minutes with extra pillows, cleaning and replacing towels freshly scented etc. Pool old, but a delight to swim in on those extra hot days...aircon could have been colder, but on May days and set to 16C pushed out an adequate coolness that was needed. My only problem was the toilet is very small and as a larger lady found difficult to manouvre around etc. without leaving door open. Will stay again. :)

The hotel looks very nice in the picture but inside the room and the pool is very dirty. The room is very old and narrow. You will have a hard time to move if you have 3 bags like mine. The staff is very helpful. I wouldn't go back there again

Hotel pick up was seamless. The room was small but had everything necessary. Damp smell in room. Bathroom was grotty, but for a reasonable room rate I don't expect a lot more.

We booked for 4 days 3 nights here with wifi connection and airport transfer. But NO WIFI signal for all 4 days and during last day the driver did not come to send us to the airport although had reminded them for several times. Room is very very not well maintained. Had to change room due to the door is having gap (can peep through from outside). Very noisy of children playing in the pool at early morning and the hotel staff was 'kind' enough to not saying anything.

Convenient location in town and near airport also ferry boat. Friendly hotel.
