Great hotel. Nice indoor pool. Bed was uncomfortable. Service was great. Hotel was doing some remodeling but did not interfere with my stay.

Hotel was nice. Bed was very cozy ans comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The pool and free breakfast were great. Only complaint, its so close to the road, and the traffic is very loud. Again not the hotels fault. I just left my room fan running, and it helped block out the noise.

We enjoyed staying there, good location for shopping and beach access. Room is pretty clean. Staff are friendly. I don't like they charge extra $5 for security or something. Couldn't get sleep well for noise from pool and dinning room close by. Breakfast is nice and warm. Overall good for family and we will be back again.

We appreciated the Ocean View room. We did not appreciate the opportunity to have an earlier check in. After driving so far it would have been nice to drop anchor.

We would stay here again but will definitely try to avoid the 2nd floor. Our room was across from the gym and breakfast cafeteria. Started getting noisy early.

We traveled here for a family wedding during what turned out to be the peak of tropical storm Ophelia which made our stay all about the hotel. The staff was the most amazing, friendly and went above and beyond! I can’t think of the last time I’ve encountered such a great staff. Thank you for making our stay the best under the circumstances.

We love the area. It is close so many things to do and places to eat. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The breafast is the best! It had a wonderful selection of breakfast foods. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older but has been updated to meet Holiday Inn standards. Room was clean and comfortable. Biggest con was the chairs on balcony are not tall enough to see over banister. It Blocks your entire ocean front view. For the extra room price to be oceanfront they need to invest a small amount in taller chairs.
The location on Nags Head is great and the hotel is just a few steps from the ocean. Very good continental breakfast and dining area.
