Accomodations were better than average, for the price contintel breakfast would be appreciated

It was okay for the price but bed was uncomfortable and bathroom window was clear enough for uper homes to see in

I love the fact that I had everything I needed in my room included kitchen which had stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, fire place. The shower is complete and clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable, the all room was very spacious. Walked to the beach. The ocean was visible but the hotel is not waterfront, however the air is wonderful. We will be back. Highly recommended.

It was an awesome hotel. Pet friendly which was important for us! Close to everything in Cayucos, which is a great little town. We stay here again on next trip.

Tv didnt have internet so we couldnt watch anything. Other then that, floor being dirty and the toilet leaking, wasnt a bad stay. Sheets smelled like they were clean with bleech. Area is a nice small town to get away from it all.

Convenient & well run hotel in cayucos. There are a number of new properties in Cayucos these days. This is a small town w a large, beautiful beach. This property is convenient to everything. Recommend.

We arrived late but check in was still so simple! They waited for us to get there and checked us in quickly. Great price and value. Darling room - clean, quiet - had everything we needed. Nice view of the beach. Cute town and very walkable. Nice people! We'd love to come back and stay longer.

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The front desk was very helpful when we notified him we couldn't do stairs, updated us with a down stair unit. Updated room, but had no bar to hang your towels. Loved that they took dogs, but no area for them to go. Local park 2 blocks away. No chairs by outside fireplace. All in all a nice place.

The room was very clean and fairly modern. It seemed as though they were in the process of upgrading. The wifii was very slow. The TV had no instructions. There was no information about anything in the room. We might not be the most high tech but we usually get by. There was only one desk chair in the room for seating. It was as if they forgot something.

Stay was comfortable. Property is dated. Front Desk friendly. Lacking amenities.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Beach and restaurants. Parking is easy and safe. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The refrigerator didn’t work and there was only one mirror and one chair. The room wasn’t very clean. There was construction being done on a weekend morning and we weren’t made aware when we booked the room.

Internet not good I was unable to work. Parking is tight I used the rear parking. Room was clean but dusty. Location is good close to the beach.

The booking says it's a no-frills hotel so my expectations were not high. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, fireplace and a lighted mirror which was extremely helpful. The water pressure was a little above average and someone came in, made the bed, and gave fresh towels daily. There was dust accrued on top of the appliances and lamps which made me question how often other services were done. It did not have a full length mirror which every girl needs, so that was inconvenient; other than that, the room was a pleasant surprise. My biggest complaints were that the wifi did not work. If this had been a business trip, I would have been extremely disappointed that I could not get my computer to connect. I ended up relying upon my own cellular service to do anything on my phone. Finally, there are hidden fees that no one tells you about. I booked through hotels.com and was given a total after using the new key-something rewards. The price for my stay was more. The front desk blamed it on hotels.com and hotels. com blamed it on the hotel, so I paid about 100 more for my 5 night stay than I should have. Not sure if I will be revisiting.

Great stay. Walking distance to, town, beach and pier. Morro Bay and Cambria are a short distance drive.

Desk clerk could not assign the key card. We had to have her open the room door with the master key every time we came back to get into our room.

Clean and convenient

The location is great and parking is easy. We like the good sized fridge and microwave. Walking distance to a market and restaurants and on the main road. The room was in good condition but the bed was a little hard and my husband and I both were a bit sore the next morning. Need some additional pillows too.

Staff at as very polite

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. They are great because several rooms have a kitchenette, fireplace, and a separate sleeping room! We love that they are walking distance to the beach and the town! They are always friendly and resolve any issues if they arise. (We had some one above us walking back and forth across their room for hours with what sounded like boots on, they kindly addressed the issue. Only complaint we ever have are the beds need updated, they are uncomfortable for us.

It was noisy with the neighbors but slept really well and loved the amenities. Freezer and fridge worked awesomely. Had everything I needed. Super easy check in and parking was available at any time. Thank you!

Clean room , great price

I booked a room last minute through Expedia.com. The room was very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The owners and staff were great! My pup and I enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed a 6 night stay at Beachwalker. It was close for walks on the beach and for access to dining, shopping, and drives to visit the elephant seals and Hearst Castle. Really enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace in our room.

Room was very noisy, and not clean.
