We decided to stay here on Old Route 66 in Williams AZ because we were on our way back from Las Vegas. We enjoyed this hotel better than we did the Excalibur on the Las Vegas Strip. The room was comfortable and cozy.

The service upon check in was good. The room was very clean, and it appears that many upgrades are in progress to this older property. I'm sure some of the other items like non-functioning outlets in the bathroom and broken refrigerator handles will be addressed.

The property was beautiful. Our room was perfect!
The staff at the front desk was ok, not very helpful on dining, activities and not too friendly.
The housekeeper was very polite and friendly, she helped us with all of our needs.
We will definitely be returning next year.

Nice little motel in Williams, had a little trouble finding it as it was wrongly located on google maps, confusing that you have to check in elsewhere, in another motel across the street, we didn't try breakfast as it didn't fit to our departure time, but luckily there was a 24-hour snack bar not far away.

Clean, cozy rooms with very comfy beds and pillows. Good breakfast and great location for walking to anything you need. Service was polite and efficient. We would stay here again.

To check in you must walk across the street to a whole different motel. The staff was very rude especially while trying to check in to the room. Parking was very tight and difficult to get out of. The bathroom door was broken and did not close all the way.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was warped so it wasn’t quiet for nighttime bathroom breaks, but pretty peaceful otherwise. Could hear the train if you’re a light sleeper. Walking distance to the cute town and shops. Perfect place for a quick stay.

Lovely traditional motel on R66 updated with all modern conveniences. Very comfortable & quiet. A short walk across the road to The Grand Canyon Railway and a few minutes walk to gift shops and bars.

The hotel room was adorable, the bedding was soft and smelled fresh, the staff was SO nice.

The room itself was small, dated but livable. The heater was difficult to set and when set properly, went from cold to hot every 10 min. difficult to sleep under those conditions. The worst part was after driving hours to get there, at 2 o'clock, they charged an extra $30 to check in as they said their check in time was 4. I've never had a hotel/motel do that to me.

We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it as a stopover stay. Breakfast was good! Arrived late and tired. It was nice that restaurants were close by. Nice, quaint, retro motel on Route 66.

The breakfast was excellent. The service amazing. The bed was TERRIBLE. It caused severe back pain and no sleep. The bathtub was a waste. Hot water was a trickle. Avoid room 117.
