On all my trips to Pattaya By far this hotel is the best I've stayed. Only caveat It's on an entertainment Street And can be very noisy into the evening Try to get a room in the back sections NOT on the street side Excellent breakfast buffet Location is perfect

the last few days of our stays they put us on a room with a bathroom that shower doesn’t have a cover or curtain, so every time we shower the room is soaking wet then bath tub is tall and very dangerous for elders

Nice clean property in a busy area

From the moment I got into my room I wanted to leave. I wasn’t able to open my blinds for 6 days as it literally looked directly into what looked liked another hotels dining area. I had two seperate room safes fail and had to be broken open with a crowbar, the internet in my room barely worked and was told 3 days into my stay it was a blind spot room. When I asked to be moved due to how unhappy I was with my room, they advised the only rooms available were premium rooms and if I wanted them I would need to pay. It was noisy, with every single night being woken up by other guest who had no consideration for others. I could go on, but you get the point. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Upon arrival be prepared to give deposits for EVERYTHING, Room, then Extra deposit for a second Key. Its on a street that is full of bars, and clubs so it is very loud late into the night / early morning. Property charges premium rates and delivers an average at best facility. The breakfast buffet is palatable nothing special. Rooms are clean but not in best condition. I would not return for the premium rates they charge and sub par facilities in my opinion.

Great clean hotel in the middle of all the fun that Pattaya has to offer. I was very positively surprised by the Staff and how nice the rooms are.

It's a great location for the Soi. A little noisy, but your in the center of thing Great pric for a decent sleep food and ma shower Definitely com back 😎

Nice people and Clean Rooms

I have stayed here many times before. I will return. Great hotel and staff. Located on the best Soi in Pattaya. Cold beer, hot women and warm massages all within sight of the front door. You do not have to leave the Soi.

Rooms smell like smoke!!

Check in was great. Staff is the best. Building is a little dated but still nice. They have 3 pools, the main pool serves alcohol. Room service was professional and timely. It was such a good experience, I extended by a few days.

Great customer service from the front desk, housekeeping and security personnel. A great property to stay.

Great location close to Beach road. Staff is very courteous and always looking to help. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of food items. Will definitely come back here in the future. Also wifi and a/c is very good.

Staff very nice and helpful. I don't have anything bad to say about the surrounding area. It's Central Pattaya. It is what it is. It's not 5 star. Small busy soi but I knew that and it was perfect for my stay.

The Sunshine is close and convenient to the beach and many bars, there a 3 swimming pools a swim up bar. Breakfast is very good and there is an all day cafe as well. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Air conditioner is no good

Overall the hotel stay was pleasant. The hotel is easily accessible from the major road. The facility is a little dated and could be spruced up a little bit more. The room was quite comfortable with adequate towels and toiletries. It was especially nice to have the balcony with the sea view. The unfortunate part and the downside to this is that the room did not have hot water. The water was very lukewarm and it did not have much pressure. I did not appreciate having condoms on my nightstand for sale nor did I have a clear understanding of mineral water and bottled water. It turns out that the plastic bottles are considered to be mineral water, and if you use them, they cost 40 baht to replace vice 10 baht in the store. The glass bottles are considered to be drinking water, which is the opposite of what my understanding and communication with the front desk. I also found that the front desk was extremely rude while they presented themselves as English speakers they need to have a crash course in customer service, and courtesy. In the morning be ready for confrontation to enter the breakfast area. The door was blocked from my entering before I could present my room number. Overall, It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Finally make sure that your key card works because it took over a period of four days three trips to the front desk to get a update on my key card.

For a cheaper hotel the room was nice and clean the comfortable. Staff were helpful and no complaints. The only this was my security software kept alerting me to someone on the wifi network sending out malicious attacks or something not right the whole time. Not a good feeling. Doesn't seem like anything got through but made us feel very uneasy.

One month stays look like they have business and my be need different service that i don't know you my have some information about that. And i know you try to do best thanks.
