Good, friendly. Started breakfast a little early so I could leave-had a long drive ahead. Appreciated that!! Snow removal could've been a bit better!!

The hotel was as very clean and decorated nicely. We stayed in a Baymont hotel in Pueblo Co. and this one was far superior

It was absolutely wonderful, the bed was too firm for us, but we truly enjoyed our stay!

It was very nice! Clean, newer carpets, no lingering cigarette smoke, just good clean air and surroundings! Decorated very nice with trees and lights- very pretty!! Very clean room that was very quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Heater was quiet so it didn’t wake me up every time it went on at night. Delicious breakfast! Even had Oatmeal Raisin cookies at check in!

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to town.

Very comfortable bed. Staff (the manager in particular) not so great. Started out with an extremely nice woman at the front desk that within 60 seconds had a very under-dressed manager over her shoulder stopping her from continuing to give us great service - she wasn't doing anything that a good hotel staff wouldn't do, so?? But it was a very bad presentation in front of the customer and very odd, we couldn't even tell who he was at first? Then throughout the week we observed other (all male??) staff members dressed very down and just not that nice or easily approached - to everyone. A cleaning towel was left in the bathroom under the sink, understandable - not a major deal but then when we asked to have the room freshened up after 3 days, they didn't clean the toilet??

It was our first time staying here. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, every part of the hotal was clean and looked well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, nice breakfast and common areas. 44 North Bar was nice too. The location was easy to find and convenient to where we were going. We will stay again.

From check in to check out we had a great experience! Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, decent breakfast and good location 1 mile from downtown Sturgis. We decided to stay an extra night and they were happy to accommodate us! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was great, very nice suite...I liked it okay. The check in and out was fast and exactly right, even with a completely booked hotel. The bar area with food was excellent pizza night and great beer choices. Cons: My room was across the hall to the bars, ladies room....very busy and big noisy door open/close until bar close. This master suite had no hand wipes of any kind in the room..?

Only minor issue was the dog potty area didn’t have grass just pea rock.

Front desk staff was amazing!!

The staff was very helpful on site. Surprised that a Wyndham property doesn't even have courtesy coffee available...small deal but still. Also I thought I had booked this through Wyndham and didn't realize until we arrived it was booked through a third party. Wyndham then doesn't give you credit for your stay.

Still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded back to my card. At check in they said it would be returned 1hr after check out. It's now 2 days later i havent not had it returned to me. I called the number and they in 3 to 4 business days. The hotel was very nice and clean.
