Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms were nice.

Great place to stay with your family! My family of 6 fits just great in the queen suite. We appreciated having the linens for the food out bed ready for us in the closet. Breakfast is pretty great- pool is small but we had fun nonetheless!

Best stay in Ontario Oregon by far, easily the cleanest nicest and most comfortable hotel in the area, with such a low price difference its no question picking this hotel over the competition.

For some reason I had a room equipped for someone in a wheelchair, this wasn’t a big deal although I did not request that or need it. The hand held shower head did not spray much water , and leaked. The handle to turn on stationary shower head did not turn on at all.
Bed is super comfy and free breakfast is high quality.

The hotel bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The bathrooms are huge and the shower head was fantastic.The continental breakfast was super delicious, with tons of options. The property is well maintained.

There was a barking dog in the room next to us. Not a single towel rack in the bathroom.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast - I appreciated the veggie option for omelets and warm cinnamon buns. The cook even had pancakes ready (rather than wait for them at the machine.)
The carpets in hallways could use a good cleaning. The rooms were fine although noise travelled easily from hallway and from the road outside.

It was good other than there were no cups for coffee in the room and the area where the coffee maker set was pretty dusty. Beds were nice and the rest of the room was fine.

The beds were too soft. You sunk in and had a hard time rolling over and getting out of the bed. Breakfast was good.

Dogs running everywhere on our floor and not on a leash. Dog urine all over the elevator. If pets are allowed in a hotel they should always be on a leash and in a kennel or carrier when out of the room.

The bed was horrible. It has a big hump in the middle and the sides broke down. We got no sleep at all.

All rooms are pet friendly. Last stay had a fire alarm that kept us outside over an hour. Turns out it was an electrical issue. No evening hot cookies like previously. Pancakes, no waffles, for breakfast. No sugar free cocoa.

The sofa couch was nice and big, a queen size, and they had all the bedding for it in the room, including a mattress protector. May seem like a small deal, but when you're traveling with 4 kids, it makes a big difference. Hotel was very clean. Large parking lot, plenty of room for our 2 vehicles with trailers. 2 queen suite was very spacious.

Easy check in. Comfortable room with lots of amenities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. When we travel, we always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express if available. Predictibly, a wonderful place to stay.

I had asked the nice lady at the front desk about changing my room from one with one bed to two beds. The supervisor very rudely explained why it couldn’t happen (8/25/2023).
Bathroom cleaned bed was not.(8/26/2023).
I did not like riding the elevator with the cleaning crew and the dirty sheets.
