Checked in pretty late. Front desk was very nice and went through everything despite the late hour. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was ok but on par with other hotel's included breakfasts. Breakfast area was very clean though and the woman putting the food out was efficient as well as nice. Very conveniently located as well.

It was clean and Quiet. Not many guests to worry about. At the moment the front entrance is shut down for repairs/construction. But that can't be helped all in all it was decent

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for my graduation. It was very clean, well taken care of, helpful staff and had a huge continental breakfast in the mornings. The one thing I didn't like was tbe bed was very hard, but could most definitely be due to my preference.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Hooksett for a seven days while I visited a friend from college. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and undamaged, the bed was sooooo comfy, the tv was of excellent quality, and my stay was very quiet. The breakfast they serve was tasty, contained a decent spread of options, and was open later than most hotels I've been to. The hotel also has a 24 hour snack bar, where you can buy some great late night treats. The area is safe and the hotel felt secure. My only issues were small in comparison. The biggest problem being the pillows. Each bed had four pillows, that were both hard as a rock and lumpy. The bed itself was very comfortable though, so I still had a great night's sleep. I would just recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that: The gym was lacking, only containing basically a treadmill and some weights, but the pool was nice. And there is very little in walking distance and there is limited transportation, so make sure you bring your own car. Would still recommend this place. Especially if you are there to visit SNHU. As the school is just down the road.

Everything was fine except for the permeating smell of pot and cigarette smoke in the middle of the night.

Didn’t like the fact there is a smoke shop so close and quite the smell from it. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known. The staff is very friendly.

Great place to stay with the family. The pool was small but very clean and great hours for swim time. The inside of the pool room was run down. They did however have fresh, clean towels in the pool room. We saw several cleaning people throughout our stay. We were greeted by a very nice lady who went out of her way to get us checked in early due to us arriving early. The room was great for our family of 5. The room itself was clean with plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out. The only complaint I had was the air conditioning would not stay running. It shut off multiple times even after adjusting the temperature lower. After it shut off it would not turn back on even though the room temp would go up. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet throughout the stay.

Quick trip through town for work. I’d give it a 10 for 10 rating if the dog in the other room wasn’t barking like crazy! Otherwise it was a great stay! I’d definitely stay here again.

The television service was terrible. It offered HBO which worked half the time. The streaming service on the TV didn’t work, the receptionist said it had been down and didn’t know when it would start working - it never worked during our stay. We stayed for a week but only received housekeeping services 3 days.

this was our fourth stay at this hotel and for the money we are quite satisfied. when we had issues, the management was excellent at dealing with them

Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was going to be Motorcycle Week. They are VERY loud and you can't avoid them. But a better window would have helped drown them out. Fortunately, I had ear plugs with me and they took care of the problem.

After checking in, I had to return to the front desk three times because the key cards I was given did not work. Upon finally gaining access to the room, it was dirty, so we were reassigned to a new room. The lounge area was very clean and the entire staff we encountered was very nice.

The service of refreshing room didn’t happen. Had to ask for towels 3 times. And then had to pick up at front desk. The pool is small. Noise from the traffic in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and attentive upon arrival. Interior appeared a little worn. Room was very spacious but had the smell of a nursing home; maybe the cleaning products. The continental breakfast was ok. I would categorize it as a hot mess. Lots of offerings but not the best quality.

Convenient location for where we needed to be. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, the older tv's had a high pitch ringing sound when on, the breakfast was terrible. Bacon was a not the color or texture of bacon.

A perfect location to hunker down to wait out the storm. Close to my work and allowed be to sleep overnight avoiding a hour drive home in a snowstorm.

Room was spotless. People at desk were super nice. Pool was clean and hours are long The breakfast in the am is impressive for a hotel. Price was slightly higher than average but it’s well deserved.

Dog was left unattended in the room next to us. Barked constantly. Wont go back.

The room was clean. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. But the shower had very minimal warm (not hot) water

Our room was disgusting. Mold in the shower, trash still on the floor. And then to top off the whole trip, we found a pill on the floor! While my three year old son was in the room the whole time. Do better.

Selected this site as an overnight stay before a business meeting. Fast easy check in, clean room, the tv remote actually worked. I definitely will try the free breakfast in the morning Thank you

My son wanted milk at 10 PM and I went to the front desk and try to buy it. The girl that was working there was very nice and friendly and offer it to him for free.

We did an overnight stay and had a very positive experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a crib for my little one and they brought it right up & set it up. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My sons loved swimming in the pool, which was nice and warm. Will definitely stay again.
