Stay was unpleasant to say the least. Housekeeping services are offered daily but my room, for some reason, was never serviced, even after going to the front desk to request it, two days in a row. Housekeeping finally came the morning of check out, which defeats the purpose. Further, the quiet hours aren’t respected. I had to turn the A/C on blasts in order to actually minimize the noice of our next fort neighbors, which meant I had to freeze to rest. Complained the second night but didn’t bother to say anything the third night. Further, I had to go to the lobby when I needed something because we had no working phone. I had to take out my own garbage and go to the front desk to get fresh towels because we were not provided with housekeeping services. I’d probably never stay there again. Overpriced for basically nothing… I recommend the hotel if you will not need to sleep/rest much and if you’re willing to service your own room and don’t mind not receiving certain niceties. Luckily I am very neat and clean or I’d be really upset for not receiving the housekeeping services.

Our trip started out not so good we had the room next to us making alot of noise banging on walls .i talked to front desk and everything as better night two.but kiana at front desk was great she helped with everything .she greated us every time she seen us .she made us feel very welcomed

This hotel was great. Location, staff, breakfast and cleanliness was amazing. This hotel is just a few minutes away from the Naval base and right in the middle of anything you’d need.

Starting with usb ports broken and others not working, spider Webs on the wall, drinking water was left open in fridge, bathroom toilet was nasty, the safe was not excessible to use it was locked, and the ice machine didn’t work on the second floor had to go to the fourth floor. Was given another room and only checked USB ports they was broken also so stayed in room I originally cleaned this was an horrible experience.

We liked everything. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast great. Coffee and food hot and fresh . It was so convenient to Walmart and many other eating establishments. Near the navy recruit center. There was a Bowling alley through adjoining parking lot. Great for family fun!! It was all just perfect!!

The property is located in a safe, quiet community. It’s near a few shopping centers and food spots. It is a bit away from Chicago and a few areas of interest. Just need to plan a head of time, especially if your attending the Navel Boot Camp Graduation ceremonies.

When we checked in the service was impeccable. Amazing. I have a service dog and they made things so easy and smooth with no judgment. However, are sweet and appeared as though the walls weren't finished. We could hear Everything from The Other rooms. The person in the room above us was up until 5 AM. Something bumping carrying on. We asked housekeeping for extra towels and were never accommodated. So we had to use the same towels. The entire 3 property itself is beautiful. The rooms need attention.

My stay at this hotel for my son’s Naval graduation turned out to be such a blessing! Jill, Ann and Liz all were so helpful to me when the happy occasion turned into a nightmare when after the graduation my mom fell and fractured her hip. A 3 night stay turned i to over a week and the not knowing what I needed to do to take care of my mom at the hospital away from home and away from all our family was a real ordeal made easier by the comfort and care exhibited by the staff. Thank you for making a crazy time be less stressful for me and my mom!!

convenient location if attending NAVY graduation.. about 5 miles, theres a shopping center , different choices for restaurants, walmart , gas station. its 1 mile away from the Lakehurst event center where the Sarge Meet and Greet is held the night before graduation.
the staff are friendly and helpful. if you mention you are there for the graduation, they will give you insights about it. they also offer shuttle service to/from graduation.
breakfast has many choices as well.
overall, we are satisfied with our stay here

The room was spacious and very comfortable (there were 4 of us). Super clean! I definitely appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap.
The only issue hot tub was partially functional; the jet streams would not turn on, and the pool water needed maintenance (water was murky). Otherwise, excellent place to stay.

Bathroom had a funky smell but overall my stay was pleasant breakfast was yummy, staff was friendly and I believe it was the lead housekeeper was super friendly and helpful .

The person at the check-in desk as well as the person preparing breakfast were extremely friendly. The area seemed safe and quiet. Plenty of dining options within walking distance or within a short drive. This hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub.
