I checked in and I couldn’t stay there because I booked an non-smoking area and even so the smell was so bad and besides that the bedsheets were dirty. I let the staff know and I said I was going to another hotel and I’d like my money back but I didn’t stay there and it wasn’t fair she said unfortunately they couldn’t refund me because I had checked in but she said they will refund my next day reservation but so far I haven’t received any refund from the hotel.

I liked that you have a bus stop so near to go to NYC

Noisy at night sometimes you can smell smoke in the hotel. Breakfast is the same everyday : bagel, jam, cheese , coffee, appel, juice not good.

This is not hotel is motel

Bathroom floor was always wet due to leaking in bathroom ceiling. Floors were absolutely filthy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was nothing like portrayed online. The room was gross, there was a dead roach on the wall, the tv was busted, and it smelled horribly of marijuana even though we had a non smoking room, the sheets and blankets were nasty with holes in them, even though it appeared they had just cleaned the floors were still disgusting, and there was white stains all over the walls.

The staff was very nice but they need to make some serious upgrades. There was mold in the rooms and some horrible smells. Location was good & loved the hot pot restaurant attached!

The place had signs saying no pets. But my wife was still chased by a dog into our room. This place is dirty, nasty and dangerous and should be taken off of hotels.com

2/5. Heavy smoking smell all around the property.

Staff working at front desk was completely rude and disrespectful! The guys threw my keys instead to give it to me. I never heard “good night” or some instructions for breakfast, for example. Smoke smell was VERY strong even it can’t smoke

First of all, the motel is in terrible condition. The strong smell of marijuana is intolerable, in one of the rooms the bed was broken and the mattress was torn. And the thing that bothered me the most was that the photos of the services and the hotel are not updated and are nothing like what is in the promotion.

Good location to get in and out of city, but hotel was dirty and rugs were wet and gross. Walls were thin and it was noisy.

O didn’t like it

Very disappointed. The doorlock was broken, staff had to break the doorlock to open the door, so we wasted one hour to get out in the morning.

This was in a sketchy area. Not what it looked like in the pictures. You know that things are tense when the check in clerk is behind bullet proof glass. Nuff said.

I understand that this is an old hotel. The rips/tears on the sofa definitely made me not want to sit on it. The shower was a dribble that was alternately boiling hot then icy. I kept my shoes on because the floors seemed greasy so I didn’t want to attempt standing on the carpet. However, the hotel staff were predominantly friendly and polite. Best asset was the parking.

My room had a strong smell of cigarettes, I didn't know that you could still smoke in a hotel. However, the non-smoking rooms on the way to mine had also a strong smell of marijuana smoke.

OK I was doing security for a film that was being shot on 53rd St. in Manhattan. I had my wife book a room for me so that I can go close by and get some sleep. We ran into overtime overtime went into triple overtime and by the time I was able to actually leave the jobsite it was very late, but I did call in about 10 11 o’clock to inform the desk clerk that I have a reservation I am doing Security for a movie and I can’t leave until they finish shooting the picture. They said no problem we have your reservation just come whenever so with that being said, we got till like 1 o’clock in the morning to o’clock in the morning I asked I called and I ask is there anyway I can get a refund and I was told no no but your room is here if you want to get it so then he says to me you can as long as you’re here by 7 o’clock I arrived at 6:15 AM when I arrived to the room, I asked him if there’s anyway possible I can get about an hour extra to sleep he said no I said OK you blew your tip but thank you anyway I went to my room room number 225 and quickly went to sleep. I woke up at 9:45 in the morning. I got myself ready to go back to work, that was it. That room was disgusting between the carpet being dirty the room had a dirty smell just disgusting.

This is not the only one dirty hotel in USA I been travelling a lot in Europe never seen hotels like in USA witch need have better inspection and closed down some of them

Place need to be fix and painted.

Close to stores for water, Bday cake, grocery items. Unsatisfactory Room and hotel unclean, thin and cheap towels and had to ask for towels for sat-Tuesday stay on 2 occasions (first day and second day). Room not vaccum, no trash removal. Cob webs and dirt marks and drips on wall. Door dint if someone tried to break in appears they could without old skool lock. You had to run the water for 10-20 minutes to get hot water for shower.
