No soap in lobby bathrooms. No hand sanitizer in lobby bathrooms. Ants in the bathroom in our room.

Hilton cancelled our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and didn’t reschedule us at the same rate so unfortunately we had to stay here. We never got use of the already disappointingly small 3 ft pool once in the 2 days we were there mostly because a whole group of roudy teenagers were for hrs days in a row and the front desk refused to do anything about it. The couch/ottoman was so dirty in room 201 that we didn’t want to touch them they look like they have dust with white moldy splotches how fabric looks in an unregulated humid room. The door to the bathroom gets caught up on the floor and is loud and when closed from inside you can tell the maid never swept or vacuumed there next to the toilet. The toilet was awkwardly small and short I’m not tall and I felt like I was going to fall in on top of being grossed out that the seat had a divided mid section like a public toilet. The shower door barely closed wasn’t installed properly and the placement of the grab bar was inconvenient to say the least for disabled needs. The planes were less noisy taking off comparatively to whomever was stomping and running above us all night into 7pm-2am into morning. Found dark black short hair on the extra pillow makes you wonder if it was ever washed. Walked by room after checkout and noticed the maid sitting in the office chair at the desk just on her phone not cleaning. Really horrified to realize there is a bad review for same room well over a year ago so never addressed issues.

The hotel is tired and needs some general repairs and updating. The corner of the mirror was cracked, the woodwork was beat up and only one side of the bed had a night able. The light over the bed had a switch that you had to get out of bed to shut off and the TV was placed in such a way that you couldn't really see it well from either the bed or the sofa.
It's fine for a place to stay before an early flight from Bradley, but I think next time we'll try somewhere else.

Checked in very late and was greeted by very friendly staff.

They used to have a nice, full breakfast...but now that's gone. Jimmy Dean sandwiches every day. The hotel is pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was ok, not very pleasant to talk to but helped out whenever needed. I've been staying here for years for business and I've just seen it slowly declining over the years, unfortunately.

I booked this hotel for the weekend so my kids can go swimming when we checked in. Nobody told us that the hotel Spoo was out of service when I questioned it they told me that I can go two blocks down the road and use a different hotels pool. So much noise we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk. I let them know two times at one in the morning, and then again at three in the morning that the room above us was loud they were jumping. They did nothing about it. The bedding is stiff hard I woke up with my whole body sore. I will never stay at this place again.

The toilet in our room ran episodically all night — horrible!
If that wasn’t bad enough, there was obviously a laundry room under our room because whenever the spin cycle ran on a machine, the beds shook for 10 minutes. This happened after we were in bed and didn’t want to deal with contacting the front desk (as we didn’t want to switch rooms at that late hour). Also, we had a very early flight the next morning (the reason we booked the hotel near the airport), so the lack of sleep ruined the beginning of our vacation. Sure would be nice to have a refund for our wasted night!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years as it is convenient for us as we visit relatives. This will be our last time staying at this hotel. It was dirty and they didn’t resolve this. There were smears on the walls and door, hair on the bed the toilet was dirty and the bedding was dirty. Also, the toilet ran constantly. We alerted the staff of these things and despite housekeeping making our beds and cleaning the toilet, the other items were ignored. Also, the staff were dismissive. There are lots of other lodging options for our next visit.

This place should be highly recommended by anyone who stays here. The facilities are very clean the staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are super clean. I recommend Springhill Suites Marriott to all.

The location was great. The front desk person was just straight forward, no enthusiasm. Unfortunately when we were assigned to our first room it’s had a particular smell, like food. Hamburgers to be exact, I went back to check in and requested a room change. Which I can say I’ve never done before. They were happy to do so but same thing occur on the same floor. Very unsettling. I used fragrance spray to mask the smell. Not sure what it could be. It was just one night so we dealt with it.

Everything was good besides getting locked out of our room at 10am when checkout is at 11am. Every guest also got locked at 10. The cleaning guy was really pleasant. He let us back into our room & even apologized. The receptionist on the other hand never apologized. She blamed it on the time change when the time changed a week ago.

Are they trying to save a few pennies? They keep all the set up of all day coffee just take away the tray with flavored creamers!!

I enjoyed my 6 night stay. The layout was neat although a little odd. The shower was very nice, but leaked a little water onto floor each time. Couch had some stains. Overall I enjoyed the ac/heat unit, the lighting, amenities, tv, and nice cozy room.

It’s a very nice hotel. It did have a slight scent but I always bring Lysol and Clorox wipes. I had to spray the room. But overall the room itself was clean. The area around the hotel was clean. The parking lot was clean. And the staff was friendly. Only issue we had was a guest on our floor was making noise all night but we dealt with it.

I was very surprised at the fact that I was located on the first floor with many unruly children that were up running and playing with balls and making a mess without any adult supervision. The hallway was very dirty too.
