Everything was great this is my 3rd time at this hotel

Size of the room. Couch was stained and bed needed a new matress.

Great place to stay for quick sleep and parking prior to and during trip.

Room was big and clean. We picked that hotel cause it had a jacuzzi but it did not have any heat so we were very dissatisfied

Booked this hotel because of the breakfast and the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Hot tub was broken the entire trip and the pool was cold. Beds are way too soft and not comfortable. Pull out bed was not comfortable so my son chose to just sleep on the couch as is. Our room was spacious. Shower was terrible. Pressure wasn't great, and it never got hot. It was warm to luke warm. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said the pilots take showers between 9&11, so take a shower before or after those times. We took showers at all times of the day and night and it was never any better. The frosted glass on the bathroom doors is a terrible design. Anytime someone uses the bathroom at night, it lights up the entire room. Location was good Lefty's in front of the hotel has good food. All the staff at the hotel was wonderful.

It was a great visit. Love the layout very quiet and comfy

The stay was quite and Parking was easy and convenient. Location was great. Only issue I had is in the room provided the sliding rest room door was very hard to open and close. I need to help kids every time they need to go in and come out and bit annoying.

Rooms were very nice and staff was prompt and professional. Father from the airport than I expected and the wait for a shuttle was longer than promised.

Nice big room, excellent water pressure (best showerr head ever), comfy bed! Watch the SHARP door handles -caught or coats and ripped both of our down coats; had to throw one away :( Despite sacrificing our coats we will stay again!

The stay fly park deal (using Airlines Parking) is convenient and great value

Not in a highly populated area and very friendly, helpful staff. Size and layout of room was great! Didn’t like the frosted bathroom doors. Too much light for the late bathroom usages.

The ceiling fans didn't work faucet sprained on the counter n was hard to control the heat

The room doors are So Loud, even When closed gently…….people leaving Adjacent rooms all night kept me awake

This hotel is top notch! Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Didn’t hear a lot of noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice room and plenty of space. I loved the shower too. Beds were comfy

The room smelled like wet dog. Burning incense helped. The day I asked for housekeeping to take care of my room they did not. They did the following day. Could not get the awful smell out of the room.

Perfect for an airport hotel: spacious room with a desk and convenient airport shuttle

Room setup is great. Food at Urban Grill was excellent.

Pool and hot tub heating was broken. It was pretty cold. Other than that, no complaints.
