While the employees were extremely kind and helpful and the building was in good repair, it just felt dated. Also the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the room carpet needs to be replaced.

Adequate hotel for a stay on a road trip. Room was on the small side but comfortable enough. No soap in shower - not a big deal, but indicative that the property could’ve gone just a little bit further to make this stay better.

The room was clean. The television could be a little bigger. The breakfast was cold. The juices were watered down and the orange juice was out of order. The ice machine was out of order on the 4th floor. The check-in was quick.

The front desk people were not at all helpful - did not ask for my Hilton Honors number - did not give any water
and the shower head is so high it is impossible to
regulate - not a good experience over all - thank goodness
the next night Hampton Inn was great.

The toilet was way too low. I am a senior citizen and i had difficulty getting up and down on the toilet. There wasn't anything to hold on to.

Perfectly nice overnight hotel for a road trip. Hotel didn’t receive booking for hotels.com until 90 minutes after booking so check-in was complicated and delayed.

The room smelled like smoke. When I reported it to the desk, they did nothing.

I called prior to check-in to tell them we will be there around 9pm. Got to hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to desk. Short staffed.

The check-in staff was friendly. When we arrived at the room, only one key worked. One of the two beds in the room was dirty and the sheets had to be replaced. The woman from the front desk replaced them for us, but it took a long time for her to arrive to do so (she was alone at the front desk and it was a busy weekend). Then when we closed the bathroom door, it locked. I called the front desk again to have someone come and unlock it. She arrived much later to figure out the problem, then said she would return with a tool. Again, it took a long time. Eventually when she returned and got the door open, she determined it was an issue with the door and not that we had accidentally locked it when we closed it. Breakfast was okay. The kids were sad that the waffle maker was out of order. Check out process was easy, but less friendly.

This location was the worse Hampton property we have ever stayed. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned, the room only had 2 lights, mold in the bathroom, the bedding was horrible, the experience was hands down just horrible. We wanted to leave but we arrived so late it was not worth the trouble. I will be contacting cooperate about our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very nice but sadly that was the only positive about our stay. I do NOT recommend this location.

This was the last hotel we visited while on our recent trip. It too was clean and the staff nice to work with. We enjoyed our visit.

The young man at the counter was awesome. We had some problems with our booking through a 3rd party put he got everything straightened out

We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to check in because of the computer wasn't working properly. The front deck employee was very apologetic and extremely frustrated with the system. The internet access was also not working properly.

When we checked in after 3:00 pm the room was not ready. After checking with cleaning staff for a vacsnt clean room, the hotel staff gave us a room Unfortunately there was a mistake for the room provided had not been cleaned. After returning to the front desk to tell them the problem we then were provided with another room. The staff explained they had confused the information relayed: it was a room on the third fooor not second. They spologized for yhe error.

Hampton Inn is always our go-to hotel because they never disappoint. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, dog-friendly, wonderful staff. Nothing more to add, just that it’s ideal for everyone.

I was very upset when the front desk checking in said that will be $50.00 more for your dog!! Seriously 20lb !!! I booked on line but did not mention how much for my dog!!! I have never paid that much and sometimes absolutely nothing!!! Upset!!!

THE SERVICE WAS BAD, WAS THERE 4 NIGHTS, OUT ALL DAY CAME BACK TO ROOM , NEVER CLEANED , NO CLEAN TOWELS . EVERY EVENING HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN AND GET CLEAN TOWELS . EVERY TIME REQUESTED MAID SERVICE THE NEXT DAY , NOTHING DONE . ON THE LAST DAY THE DESK CLERK TOLD ME , THAT i HD A THIRD PARTY RENTAL AND THEY ARE FROM TEXAS AND THEY DO THINGS DIFFERENT IN TEXAS . LOTS OF PROMOSES , BUT ALL TURNED OUT TO BE HOLLOW DREAMS .

The hotel was overbooked. The desk clerk assigned our room to two different parties. We finally got another room. All through the evening the clerk has been turning people away that had reservations. A lot an angry people.

Property very nice and clean , facility in good shape. Room maintenance needs some work not done because they hadn’t been advised Room # 406 needs some love. Bathtub clean but needs bottom surface attention. 2 carpet stains in front of bedroom tv that quite frankly turned me off. The lack of supervision is in the frr breakfast presentation. Awful eggs, poor quality sausage , attendant not resupplying trays in a timely fashion. I grew up working in the Hilton system serving Chock Full of Nuts Hotel and Restaurant blend coffee. This coffee was horrible and real milk or cream should always be available for your customers, if you care!
