There was no mention on the site that this hotel was acquired by Marriott and that it changed its name. There was also no mention that it was under renovation. Also someone poured dirty water in the toilet and didn't flush. It had been there for awhile. Not a great experience. Would not have booked if we were aware

Currently under renovation but what's complete is amazing. Room was beautiful. Loved the shower in the bathroom! Excellent hot breakfast as well. Staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Hightly recommend this hotel.

This is been the worst day of my life. The hotel is in shambles under construction. What they don’t tell you is that they have construction cruise drilling and working on the hotel while it is still very early. The staff this misses you for complaining about the noise level of the construction. They don’t care if you complain.

This property is in an industrial area that is quiet on weekends. Lots of parking. The room was nice and clean. Know, that this property is being renovated on the first floor main entrance. The temporary reception desk is at the rear parking lot, very compact, and is facing the elevator. I feel sad for the reception staff who have to work in an area that is under construction.

Hotel was under construction for our stay, more signs would have been appreciated to help guide us through the proper door to check-in. Facilities were not available, but the room itself satisfied the need for a staycation; room was large and and had various furnitures to feel just like home.

Place should be completed done before opening up for business. Dust on the tables, small tv and need to be upgraded.
Only this that was good is the shower and the bed was comfortable.

Stayed for one night during renovations. A couple of light fixtures weren't working (which was probably due to renovations), but everything else was great. Clean, functional, cozy, and well-kept.

Great location and many breakfast choices but this hotel is going through a big renovation. If you arrive after dark you would think its closed. The temporary entrance is around the back. Our room was very nice, everything brand new. Once the renovation is complete it should be really nice.

The entire property was under construction and dirty, which was very unfortunate and would have been good to know before booking. Rates should have been adjusted. Thankfully the room itself was okay and beds comfortable.

Initially placed in a room that smelt like smoke, we were immediately moved.
We stayed a Friday night for this reservation, And just after 6am our entire family was harshly awaken by compressors and construction literally outside our window on a sky Jack. Guest services just say “my apologies”.
They state construction is after 8am but for this Saturday morning this was not the case. disappointed and will not stay again due to lack of consideration. The hotel was also oddly empty which we now know why.

This hotel is under construction, but the staff were so accommodating.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. When the construction is completed this will be an exceptional hotel.
But in the meantime it’s a was fun adventure. Is stay here again.

I do not feel that it is appropriate for this hotel to be open to customers at this point in their extensive renovation, charging full price for a below standard facility.

We didn’t know before arriving that the hotel was undergoing a substantial renovatio. So, when we drove to the front of the building, we encountered a significant construction site that appeared to be closed for business. After we walked to the back of the building and discovered a light on and the night manager inside, we learned the hotel was open and our rooms were entirely renovated and very nice. We recommend the hotel especially during it's renovation while the room rates are very very reasonable.

This hotel should not be open!! Major construction everywhere. Extremely noisy and not safe. You have to enter through the back door of the hotel with the parking lot being dug up with no safety barriers anywhere. To add insult to injury, the entire street that the hotel is on is also very much under construction making it a challenge just getting there. The room was ok but this hotel is not ready to be open.
Feeling very ripped off considering what we paid to stay in these conditions.

Property was having work done, but had a decent enough free breakfast, a clean room, and friendly staff. Free parking (it was in the rear of the building due to construction happening at the time of our stay).

The hotel was being renovated when I stayed so I will reserve judgement on the reception area.
The rooms however were fine and kept clean with all the basics in good order. I would suggest to the hotel that they include some basic kitchen items such as cutlery and plates as there was plenty of empty cupboards and drawers to keep them in.
The area is fine with lots of dining options. You will definitely want to have a car.
I was a business traveler and he hotel was fine for my needs.

Under Reno. Parking only in back. No lighting in back parking lot. Wouldn’t let my daughter stay here till they fix that 😬. Parking lines faded out. Breakfast ok, coffee great.
Everything on the cheap, toilet paper had holes in it as you unspooled it, definitely buying second run.
Tissue paper could substitute for 1000 grit sandpaper but it’s so thin one blow and and the tissue is torn 😂. Couldn’t figure out the manufacturer.
Staff friendly. Good beds, no construction noise.
I don’t think they should charge full price while under construction,
I’ll go back to staying at the comfort inn down the road which is cheaper but I thought I’d give this place a try after decades of going to comfort inn.

The hotel is being totally renovated so the makeshift lobby is tough but the halls and rooms are great and very comfortable including the beds and the new showers are awesome

Hotel was under construction renovation. Road into the hotel was torn up for construction. Very confusing to navigate. No hotel lobby whatsoever. Entry through back door. However the room was very nice and clean and newly renovated. Very comfortable.

The entrance at the rear and temporary check in desk with unfinished walls took us aback. It was a very tiny and crowded check in area.
The rooms themselves had been redone and were very nice.
However the fact that the main floor is completely gutted, so no lobby, guest facilities really affects the standard of hotel. The rooms should have been discounted.
Also there was road construction and it took a lengthy detour to get to this hotel. This, obviously is not under hotels control but affects the overall experience.

I don't mind staying at a property that's being renovated but at least let me know before I book. The lighting in the parking lot is extremely dark.

We were not made aware at time of booking that the property was undergoing extensive renovations. Accessing the property was difficult due to closed roads, and entry was via a back door. The desk and breakfast areas were extremely cramped. While the staff was as helpful as they could be in these challenging conditions, and the rooms were acceptable, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Because this hotel is under renovations, do not be fooled by the outside because the rooms are brand new & beautiful. Comfy bed & very clean. The people at the desk are all very nice & accommodating. Hôtel also includes a hot breakfast!

Hotel is under renovation. Our room was renovated and nice but rest of hotel is a construction site which we didn’t know when booking. Feels we paid full price but think it should been about half during construction.
