Our hotel stay was for the most part, great. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. However, we have two complaints: the rooms need to be updated and remodeled. For example, it was an old fashioned coffeemaker and there were no usb ports. The second complaint was that because it’s not updated, the price per room does not match the amenities. If these things don’t matter to you, then this hotel is perfect.

For the most part this place is nice! Our room (125 bottom floor) smelled like it used to be a smokers room or something odd. The beds weren’t super comfy but that’s not a super big deal.

Only 1 problem—they had no internet for most of my 5 day stay. They were wording to regain the internet. Most frustrating for me as well as the staff.

Service at front desk superb, bfast was good. Property and room were clean but showed age. A lot of worj in front of the buidin basically closed downall the handicapped spit, ans there was water from that day's storn in the covered entryway. Messy but enterable.

Continental breakfast great. Room was by noisy air conditioner. Not a suite room, but priced like one. Trucks pulling salt water boats filled parking in and around me. Difficult leaving parking space. Should’ve made boaters park away from designated car area or place boat in one spot and vehicle in another not across several spaces.

The breakfast had a great selection. Sausage, scrambled eggs, and crustless quiche, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal with variety of toppings including walnuts, raisins, craisins, raisins, brown sugar, coconut, pumpkin seeds, and more.

Layout of the room was terrific. Love the two seperate areas in the King Suite. Housekeeping was terrible. checked in on Wednesday, Did not get clean sheets or trash empytied until Sunday. Got fresh towels on Sat when went to front desk to complain but no cleaning until Sun. Breakfast was good and varied. Place is in a abandoned shopping center, They can't move it and shopping center is not their fault but ground are overgrown and very weedy. Would stay for the price butnot for the amenities.

Specifically booked to use a hottub. it was closed for maintenance, they sent us next door to use theirs, which would have been fine, but it was a whirlpool, aka not hot even a little bit.
I really liked at shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were in big bottles instead of the tiny ones.
The mini fridge (stress on mini) froze all our food.
The breakfast was decent with an oatmeal station and oat milk as well as a few hot items like eggs and toast. Several kinds of juices.
Good location if you are traveling on I-10.
The place overall was quiet and comfortable, but those things added up.
