My friend and I stayed in 2 bedroom unit. Beds comfy and good shower pressure. I liked that we had access to a courtyard and although it was shared we were only ones ever using it. Location is perfect. Really appreciated that after we checked out and went off to have breakfast they left some makeup I'd left in the bathroom by accident in a bag on our car windscreen so thanks for that!! Have already booked our stay for next year :)

Pam & Ian were wonderful hosts. I had a restful, enjoyable stay. The location was just a 3 minute walk to the Hot Springs, with 2 great eateries beside the property…. The Powerhouse Cafe, and The Saints Restaurant. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact my next trip to Hanmer Springs in March, I will be planning on The Hanmer Inn for accommodation.

The staff were very helpful with suggestions of things to do. The room was very nice and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area

Clean, Great location, owners were so helpful, allowed us to store our bikes in their garage. Awesome, definately be back there when in Hanmer.

Supper comfortable stay very close to the Hanmer village and pools. The management were very friendly and allowed us to change units so that my Mother didn't have to walk upstairs.

Another great stay, very close to town but very quiet. (we were also staying in unit 1 which is right on the Street)
Unit was very clean and serviced to a good standard daily. Safe and secure.
Have stayed at this Motel before and will do so again.

Ideal location, walking distance to restaurants, walk up the hill, thermal pools, shops. Friendly staff n service. Will return.

The lady who greeted me should not be in the hospitality business. It was as if I was really a nuisance.
Reception shut early and opened late, if they do not want to work find another job!
I noticed what I presume where two Scottish saltires flying by the entrance, perhaps the grumpiness came fromScotland.
I have stayed in five different motels in the last ten days and this was definitely the poorest.

Overnight stop only but made very welcome throughout. Rooms spacious and comfortable with two large LCD TVs. Shower excellent. Short walk to the springs complex, and all facilities of the two within 5 minutes walk from motel. Great, highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet even though it was next to the hotel which had a band playing one night when we were there. Our unit was on the wall next to the hotel and because the motel has double glazing it was not a problem to us. The motel is convenient to everything and we had a great couple of nights there.
