The hotel is central and has good amenities like an air conditioner, water pressure, and housekeeping. Our room was noisy at night due to the elevators next to it and the street noise from ambulances, etc. (since it is a very central and lively location). The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Every request was met with a genuine will to help. The staff at the breakfast was very helpful. The breakfast menu could have been better for us, as we are used to vegetables and cheese, which could have been an excellent addition. Overall, we recommend staying because of the excellent service and the location close to Times Square and the Broadway theaters.

Very average small dingy rooms , upholstery and beds seemed very old as does the whole hotel . Beddings towels seemed average . Overall hotel can do with a major upgrade . Breakfast line was way too long just to get in .

Great location, staff were helpful and attentive. Great rooms fast elevators and also good free breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was the best. MSG close in the one direction and Time Square close in the other direction. Easy access on and off the highway, which made it super convenient. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and there IS valet for $80! Will definitely stay again.

Water took a long time to heat up. Once the water heated up the next person to take a shower there was no cold water so the shower was boiling hot. Nice room and staff.

My room was very clean, particularly the bathroom.

The room is comfortable but small with two beds. The breakfast area is small and always bustling and food choices are limited. Having breakfast there is a dreadful experience.

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Manhattan/Times Square. Fantastic location with a subway stop at the end of the block and very walkable to theater district, restaurants, and the train station. What a bonus to have breakfast included in a New York City hotel. Shout out to Irma who provided outstanding service! I will definitely return again.
