Crack heads in the parking lot. Homeless laying on side of building. Room wasn’t ready. I was concerned of leaving my belongings in my room while going to a concert. We left and paid for another room.

This place is disgusting. Roaches in the fridge, mice and bed bugs. The ceiling was falling down, wires hanging everywhere and the bed frame was broken. I took one look and left.

This place is about one stepaway from being condemned. Their phone system wasn’t working. I saw a roach in the bathroom. The carpet was stained and the door wouldn’t lock fully because it was not aligned with the frame. Don’t stay here!

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and this one is in the bottom 10. So yeah, I've stayed at worse. But not much worse. Where to begin, the nonsmoking room sure smelled like a smoking room, and cigarette butts littered the ground. The notice that the cable wasn't working on the office wall had faded from exposure to sunlight, so it must not have been working for a long time. And even if it was, i doubt the picture would have looked very good on the 20 year old TV (i bought the exact same Sony TV in 2004). The one chair had a broken back with a screw sticking out where someone had tried to fix it. And the office chair was stuck in permanent recline and looked like someone has spilled a few drinks on it. Or spilled some bodily fluid on it. IDK, I don't work for CSI, but it looked sus. And the bathroom had mold around the tub, they had patches the door a few times where it looked like someone punched through it. The shower water never got hot no matter what. But the sink did. So maybe they just didn't have the diverter set right. The bed frame had two plates of metal sticking out from one side that looked like they could slice your shin easily. Last, the security latch on the door was broken. IdK which is worse that they never fixed, or the fact it was broken in the first place.

Not at all room not clean.

The person at the service desk was very polite and gave us a heads up about the Television not working (black screen with wording, No Signal bouncing around). It was okay the room was decent size for a king. The sink in the bathroom leaks from the pipe, toilet would not flush all the way unless you held the handle down and prayed it would not overflow. My husband fixed the tv(which was a simple fix). When we checked out we let the person know at the front desk about the problems. They were very great full that we met them know and went right to the room. Just a heads up they do not do breakfast.

Well unfortunately there was a problem with bugs . I had a few in both rooms i stayed in .

I was expecting much based on the reviews and I got about what I expected. The checking was advertised as being at 2pm but when I arrived to check in at 330 I was told the room was still not ready. I left and went to grab food and it was ready 45 minutes later when I returned. The front desk gentleman was friendly but unhelpful. I asked about Wi-Fi and was informed there was a guest network but it alternated between being iPad and requiring a asswird that he didn’t have. Once in the room it was obviously dingy and rundown. The bathroom was outdated and beat up. There was no refrigerator or microwave available. The room also only had one light, no lamps, and the majority of the electrical outlets didn’t work. This booking was a part of a 3 night trip for wrestlemania of which I spent the first 2 nights in Atlantic City and just committed to Philadelphia and I should done that for the third night as well. On the bright side the surrounding area was very robust with a variety of retail and dining options.
